VANIRU “L+?” がついに明らかに!サウンドプロデューサーとしてGARIのYOW-ROW参加決定

VANIRUニュープロジェクト「L+?」が12月29日に特別公演が開催されることに先駆け、新アーティスト写真が公開された。
撮影はVANIRUのファーストアルバム&シングル『MASQUERADE OF COSMIC』『LOVE AGAIN』のジャケット撮影同様、パリ在住フォトグラファーmote sinabel aoki(モート シナベル アオキ)が担当している。
また、「L+?」として先に発表され、情報未公開となっていた「+?」は、GARIのフロントマンYOW-ROW(ヨウイチロウ)が、サウンドプロデューサーとして参加することが発表された。
ニュープロジェクトは12月29日(金)に、最高峰の音響が体感できると話題のクラブWALL&WALL(東京,青山)で開催される。『COSMIC ROMANCY』と題されたプレミア公演で、VANIRUがどう進化・深化していくのか?“LEONEIL+YOW-ROW”のコラボレーションは、どんな化学反応を起こすのか?

ISOLATION(2016/5/18発シングル曲)のリミックスで参加した時からLEO君の持つ神秘性や世界観をボクの目線でコラボ出来たら面白いだろうなって思っていました。その後、何度か話す中で彼がまだ具現化出来ていないジレンマ、また自分では辿り着いてない場所をボクなりに感じ取れたので一度そのアイデアをカタチにしてみたいなと。ちょうどVANIRUとしても1つの転換期みたいなタイミングだろうしね。2017.12.29は良くも悪くもその実験をそのままステージ上で繰り広げるその日限りの貴重で危ういLIVEになるでしょう。
そして間違いなく今までのVANIRUとは全く違う〈空間〉と〈サウンドスケープ〉になる事をお約束しますので是非、体感しに来て下さい。

ISOLΛTIONのRemixを手がけてもらったときから、すでに彼とのクリエイティブに未来が見えていました。高揚する感情を止めなくていい世界に、ようやく入り込める時が訪れました。固定概念を取っ払って、楽しんでください。

■LEONEILプロフィール
Youtubeに、自ら主宰するVANIRUの動画を配信したことがきっかけで、海外の音楽ファン、アニメファンから注目される。ドイツを拠点とし、オランダ・イギリス・マレーシアなど世界各国のフェスへ出演。刺激的なライブと端麗な容姿で崇拝者を急激に増やし、Facebook では80,000超えの「いいね!」がついている。 2016年秋〜Vo.LEONEILのソロプロジェクトになり、幕張メッセで行われた『VJS2016』フェスに出演し、希少な存在感が話題となる。最近ではメジャー女性誌にて連載インタビューが掲載、今を生きることを詩的に語り、悩める若者たちへ救いのメッセージを発信するなどLEOVA名義での活動も行う。
ダンスロックシーンに現れた新風として、感度の高いファッショニスタやクリエイターから、今最も注目を集めるアイコンとなっている。

■YOW-ROWプロフィール
世界水準のエレクトロッキン・バンド“GARI”のVocal/Programing。2005年ビクターエンタテインメントよりアルバム「e・go・is・tick」にてメジャーデビュー。2007年以降、活動拠点を海外へ移し、パリでのイベント「JAPAN EXPO」出演時、日本人アーティストとしては異例の入場規制がかかるほどの人気を博し、一躍GARI旋風がヨーロッパ全土へと拡がる。2010年、台湾最大の野外フェス「Formoz Festival」にも出演しアジアでも脚光を浴びる。2014年にはUKロックの重鎮ポール・ウェラーの息子ナット・ウェラーをサウンドプロデュース。2015年4月コカ・コーラシステム「シュウェップス シトラス」のCM曲として話題となった「Coming Up」タイアップなど、ロックからダンスミュージックまで幅広い音楽性で、多面的に活動中。
