松崎しげる、ダイアモンド✡ユカイらが『角川映画シネマ・コンサート』制作発表会見に登場

日本の映画界に新たなモデルを確立させた角川映画が、4月に開催する『角川映画シネマ・コンサート』の制作発表会がを行なった。『犬神家の一族（1976年公開）』『人間の証明（1977年公開）』『野性の証明（1978年公開）』が特別編集されたハイライト映像と、総勢約50名のスペシャルジャズオーケストラ＆バンドによるシネマコンサートで、華麗かつ刺激的なリボーンを遂げる。さらに公演当日は公開時のポスター、角川映画や市川崑監督にまつわる貴重な資料などが展示されるとのこと。もちろん『犬神家の一族』の登場人物“スケキヨ像”のリアルなフォトスポットも設置、スケキヨブームも再熱しそうだ。

角川映画とも所縁の深い歌手・原田知世からは『犬神家の一族』への溺愛コメントが、またデビュー作が角川映画だという俳優・野村宏伸からは“僕にとって角川映画は産みの親。『人間の証明』『野性の証明』などのメインテーマを聴く度にあの頃が蘇ります！”と、感慨深いコメントが寄せられた。

大野雄二はこの日も粋なスーツスタイルでふらりと登場すると、大野らしい控えめな口調でシネマコンサートへの抱負を語った。また、演奏の間に繰り広げられる盟友・石坂浩二のトークショーも見逃せない。大野雄二と石坂浩二は同じ高校・大学に通っていて、CM作曲家と出演者としての縁があったという。スペシャルトークが大きな華を添えてくれそうだ。

続いて今回のゲストボーカリストである松崎しげるとダイアモンド✡ユカイが揃って登場！　今回のシネマコンサートで欠かすことのできない2大テーマソング「戦士の休息」（『野性の証明』テーマ曲）を松崎しげるが 「人間の証明のテーマ」をダイアモンド✡ユカイが歌唱する。それを受けて松崎しげるは“この映画が上映された頃は27歳で、（まだまだ）青春真っ只中！　時代が変わった感じがしたよね。それに僕は『ルパン三世』世代でもある。だから（大野雄二は）日本のミュージシャンの中でも本当に憧れの存在だよね。その人と一緒にステージができるというのは、すっごく嬉しいですよね！”と、興奮を抑えきれない様子で応えた。“かつて松崎さんとはCMの仕事で何度かお会いしているんだけどね、（声が）バシン！とくる感じが凄いんですよ。だから、前の人がどうだったからというのではなく、松崎さんらしく歌って貰いたいね”と、大野雄二もエールを送った。一方で、ダイアモンド✡ユカイと大野はこれまで仕事で絡んだことがないというが、そこがミソだという。“やってみたかったの！　彼なら面白くなるんじゃないかなって思ってね”と、ライブで起きる化学反応への大きな期待を大野雄二から直々に受けたダイアモンド✡ユカイ。プレッシャーを受け止めながらも“とにかくキョーレツな曲ですよね。それに僕はマザコンなので、お母さんの作品に弱いんです（笑）。去年は母親を亡くしたので泣かないように…ダイアモンド✡ユカイにしかできない歌をただ一生懸命に歌うだけです！”と、力を込めて語った。

ここで突然、3月12日に誕生日を迎えるダイアモンド✡ユカイを祝して強烈な“犬神”バースデーケーキが運ばれ、会場がどっと湧いた。これにはダイアモンド✡ユカイも“ホントですか!?…でも、ちょっと怖い感じですね。中から何か出てこないですよね？　…殺されたりしないですか？”と、たじろいだものの、松崎しげるにケーキを食べさせてもらうと満面の笑みを浮かべながら“最高です！　年をとるって、悪いことじゃないんですね。こんな素敵な先輩達に囲まれて、こんな怖いケーキ…初めてです！（笑）　思いっきり歌わせてもらいます!!”と、改めて意気込みを見せた。

これまで幾度となくファンを驚かせ、魅了し続けてきた巨匠・大野雄二。今回開催される“大野流 シネマコンサート”も大いに楽しませてくれそうだ。またその舞台が『角川映画』だからこそ、映画ファン・文学ファン・音楽ファンあらゆるフリークがこのシネマコンサートで感動を共にする一夜となることは間違いない。
