ロックシンガー・コウ、4/22(水)アフリカ帰国後初のシングルリリース。2nd Single「JUMP」、ハードスタイルのMV公開

『あいのり African Journey』(2020年1月〜フジテレビ系列[地上波]にて放送)に出演のコウが、アフリカ帰国後初となる 2nd Single 「JUMP」を4月22日(水)にリリース、それに先駆けMVが公開された。
今回リリースする2nd Single「JUMP」は、2017年9月にリリースされたソロデビューシングル「××警告」と同じくサウンドプロデュース・Яyo とのタッグが組まれ、作詞は3曲すべてコウが担当。
コウ自身が抱える人生感・恋愛感・SNS 依存などの心の葛藤をストレートに表現し、表題曲「JUMP」には初となるラップを取り入れハードテイストな楽曲に仕上がっている。
以下、今作 MV を撮り終えたコウからのコメント。
「2年7ヶ月ぶりの新曲で久しぶりのMV撮影、とにかく全てをぶつけるつもりでパフォーマンスしました。深夜から明け方までの撮影だったのと、普段のライブステージと違った緊張感があって疲れました。ソロでのMVはまだ2作品しか撮ってないのですが、前作が出来あがった時、もっともっと自分の胸の内をハードに表現できるなぁ、と2年以上考え続けて今回のMV撮影に挑んだので、出し切った満足感はとてもあります。白と黒の対比した世界観で新たな自分を弾け出すハードスタイルな作品に仕上がってます。是非ヘビロテしてもらえたら嬉しいです。」
MVフルver.は後日、iTunes Store、Apple Music、レコチョク等で配信される。
表題曲「JUMP」は、tvk(テレビ神奈川)『関内デビル』4月エンディングテーマになっている。
