OKAMOTO'S、最新アルバム『OPERA』の魅力に迫るスペシャルサイトをオープン

OKAMOTO’Sのが9月30日に発売となる最新アルバム『OPERA』の発売を記念した、スペシャルサイトをオープンさせた。

6枚目のオリジナル・アルバムとなる『OPERA』は、アルバム全体を通じて一つの物語を形成する”現代版ロック・オペラ”をテーマに制作！　収録曲順にレコーディングをすることにより、バンドの意識もストーリーの流れを損なうことなく完成したOKAMOTO’Sの新たな方向性を示す斬新な作品となっている。スペシャルサイトでは、ここでしか読むことのできないメンバー4人による濃厚なスペシャル・インタビューや、新しいメンバービジュアル、ボーカル・オカモトショウによるセルフ・ライナーなど豪華な内容となっているので是非チェックしてほしい。

さらに、今作の目玉といえるアルバムのストーリーを文章化した『OPERA』の小説版をスペシャルサイトで公開することが決定した！　アルバム発売の9月30日まで随時内容が更新されていく予定なので、アルバムの内容が気になる方はもちろん、「ロック・オペラって何？」という方には是非サイトを訪れてみてほしい。OKAMOTO’Sが考案したアルバムストーリーを、気鋭のクリエイター草彅洋平（東京ピストル）とのコラボにより小説化した『OPERA』は、登場する主人公がカギ・ケータイ・サイフをなくしたことにより、奇しくも“現代版･三重苦”を背負い、それに起因する様々な事柄や、心境の変化が1日を通し目まぐるしく展開していくストーリーとなっており、現実世界の我々にとっても決して他人事ではない内容となっている。

また、スペシャルサイト上の小説の進行に合わせて、最新アルバム『OPERA』の音源が一部試聴できるAUDIO VIDEOもYouTubeに随時アップされていくので、こちらと併せて「OPERA」の世界を堪能してほしい。
