ORANGE RANGE、7年ぶり映像作品はVRゴーグル付

ORANGE RANGEのライブBlu-ray&DVD『ORANGE RANGE LIVE TOUR 016-017 ～おかげさまで15周年! 47都道府県 DE カーニバル～ at 日本武道館』が7月12日にリリースされる。

今回作品化されるのは、結成15周年を記念した47都道府県ツアー『ORANGE RANGE LIVE TOUR 016-017 ～おかげさまで15周年! 47都道府県 DE カーニバル～』のクライマックスとして2017年2月25日に行なわれた日本武道館公演。ヒット曲満載のセットリストで披露された圧巻のパフォーマンス全23曲が収録される。

このライブには、彼らのアニバーサリーを盛り上げるべく、二松學舍大学附属高等学校吹奏楽部、K、岡峰光舟（THE BACK HORN）、有松益男（BACK DROP BOMB）、男鹿 なまはげ太鼓、琉球國祭り太鼓、Kuboty（TOTALFAT）といった様々なゲストが集結。昨年リリースのコラボベストアルバム『縁盤』に収められた縁が目に見える形で表現されている。

また、完全生産限定盤には特典映像として、2017年3月20日に地元の沖縄市民会館で行われた最終公演よりMONGOL800、沖縄市立山内中学校吹奏楽部、リュウキュウノツカイ、ARIA、安次嶺希和子といった沖縄会場のみのコラボゲストを交えて披露された楽曲を中心に6曲を追加収録。さらに、スマホを使って手軽にバーチャルリアリティ体験ができる、ORANGE RANGEオリジナル仕様のVRゴーグル、ハコスコが付属。360°で収録したツアーファイナルさながらの臨場感溢れる5本の限定動画をハコスコアプリで視聴できるオリジナルグッズ。最前列席、ステージ上、そしてドラムセット前など、めったに見られない視点からVR体験が楽しめる。

7月16日からは4thアルバム『ORANGE RANGE』を再現する全国ツアーがスタート。今年も彼らから目が離せない。
