絶叫する60度とザ・マスミサイル、魂で殴り合う本気のライブバトルに大興奮!!

　6月19日(月)、池袋Admを舞台に、絶叫する60度とザ・マスミサイルによる2マンライブ【祝十代目梅雨将軍 2man series 「武蔵野音楽祭 presents がっちも将軍」】が行われた。この企画は、吉祥寺を中心に武蔵野地区界隈で「武蔵野音楽祭」というイベントを開催している"がっち"さんによる企画。本人もDJとして参加、オープニングアクトにはLUNCH-Ki-RATTも登場。

絶叫する60度の魁-KAI-は、コミュニケーションが下手で友達を作れず、人前に出ることも不安で、半ば引き籠もった生活をしていた中学生のときにザ・マスミサイル(と太陽族)の音楽に出会い、「居場所のなかった自分の生きる希望」を見つけた。そしていま彼女は音楽を通して自分を吐き出せる居場所にたどり着いた。彼女は言った、「昔は、ザ・マスミサイルは好きだったけど、『君は一人じゃない、仲間がいる』という言葉の意味だけが全く分からなかった。だって、私には友達がいなかったから。でも、絶叫する60度を始めて、えっふー(ファンの総称)やいろんなアーティストたちと出逢ったことで、その言葉の意味が少しずつ分かるようになった」と。
いまの絶叫する60度を形作っているのは、「自分の居場所」を「仲間たちと大切に育んでゆく」という空気だ。その空間でライブを通し自らの想いを吐き出すことで、自分たちは存在し、自分たちらしくいられる。そしてまたそんな2人を本気で愛し、応援し、支えてくれるえっふーも「一人じゃない」と思えれば、仲間たちと過ごす空間が最高の場として育まれ続けるだろう。
　絶叫する60度が常に全力で魂を燃やす本気のライブを行うのも、ライブハウスという空間が2人や仲間たちの存在する理由を、生きている意味を教えてくれるからだ。

一方、ザ・マスミサイルは、ライブハウスという空間を「糞みたいな現実を、ちょっとだけ素敵な現実に変えてゆく場」と語っていた。ライブハウスはけっして無法地帯じゃない。魂の解放区だとしても、それは与えられるものではなく、自分でそれを感じ取り、楽しむことで得られるもの。甘くはない現実の中、この空間で心惹かれた音楽に触れている間だけは、気持ちに無邪気な笑顔を浮かべていて欲しい。音楽という熱に浮かされることで、ちょっとでも明日に光を注ぎたい。そういうことなのだろう。

絶叫する60度もザ・マスミサイルも、弱い自分を認めてあげる理由を必死に探している。人は弱くたっていいんだよと肯定してゆく。ただし、弱いからと群れを成し、傷を慰め合おうとは一切していない。むしろ、そんな生き方を絶叫する60度もザ・マスミサイルも否定している。弱いからこそ、その弱ささえ自分らしさに変え、前へ進もうともがき続けている。それを歌を通し、楽曲やライブを通し、「僕はここにいるよ」と主張し続けてゆく。心の声を叫び続けていく。
この日のイベントのトップを飾ったLUNCH-Ki-RATTも、きっと同じ意識かも知れない。だから、この3組が同じ空間を、似たような仲間(観客)たちと共有していたのもかも知れない。終始、場内はファンの熱狂が渦巻いていた。目的が誰だろうと関係なく、舞台上から放たれる本気の歌声と演奏に刺激を受け、興奮の絶叫を上げながら騒ぎ続けていた。

想いで共鳴しあうライブ…。言葉にするのは簡単だ。でも、それをリアルに体感できるライブを味わうことは、なかなか難しいのも現実。
絶叫する60度の魁は、自分の人生に光を与えてくれたザ・マスミサイルとの共演をとても喜んでいた。何より、『桜は二度散る、そして二度咲く。』や『三年days』『T字路』『Only Place We Can Cry』などを通し本気で生きざまを晒し、憧れの連中へ「これでもか!!」と自分の本気を見せつけていた。それに本気で共鳴し、えっふーたちも暴れていた。
ザ・マスミサイルも何時しか、絶叫する60度の2人の気持ちに触発され、沸き上がる衝動を抑えきれず、心の叫びを歌にしていた。『今まで何度も』『教科書』『仲間のうた』。ずっとずっとザ・マスミサイルを支え、これからも支えてゆく歌を届けずにはいられず、張り裂けんばかりの声と演奏を客席に、その姿を見ていた絶叫する60度の2人にぶつけていた。

誰のために歌う!?。お金を払ってくれたお客さんたちのため!?、「好きだ」と支持してくれる人たちのため!?。自分を吐き出すため!?。この日共演した絶叫する60度もザ・マスミサイルも、本気で殴りかかってくる相手に向かって、本気で魂を込めた拳を振り上げていた。それで関係が深まるなんて奇麗事を言う気はない。ただ、本気で感情を剥きだした音楽に噛みつかれたら、やっぱし心が熱くなれば、嬉しいくらいに魂は震えてゆく。それを感じられた日であり、それを生み出せる関係を今、絶叫する60度とザ・マスミサイルは作っている。

この関係が今後どうなるのかはわからない。また共演してくれるならとても嬉しいこと。是非また戦って欲しい。単に騒ぎたいだけならそれは必要ない。何故なら、絶叫する60度もザ・マスミサイルも生き方を知りたくて必死にステージに立っているのだから。
