ザ・マスミサイル、熱狂の東名阪ワンマンLIVE終了！

　ザ・マスミサイルが2月20日（木）東京・代官山UNITでワンマンLIVEを開催した。

　今回のライブは、昨年10月に発売したメジャー復帰後初のフルアルバム『マスト』を引っ提げて12月よりツアーで全国を回り、2月14日（金）名古屋からスタートした東名阪ワンマンのファイナル公演。

　約1年ぶりとなる東京ワンマンを待ち望んだ、沢山のオーディエンスが詰め掛けたステージへ登場。最新アルバム「マスト」でもオープニングを飾る「最後の人生」からライブスタート！続く「花道」では客席から桜の花びらが舞った。そしてアルバム「マスト」のリードトラックでもある「つらいトゥナイト」などを披露。

　ライブ中盤には、ワンマン恒例の“アコースティックパート"が。アルバム「マスト」の代表曲「ありがとう～そういうだけ～」から始まり、アコースティックが似合う出来立ての未発曲をメドレーで披露した。続く「仲間のうた」では会場が一つになり、このパートを締め括った。

　会場が暖かい空気に包まれる中、後半戦がスタート。ピアノのイントロが鳴り、テレビ朝日系ドラマ「警部補 矢部謙三2」主題歌「グッド・バイ」を歌い上げた。そこからは立て続けにアップテンポなナンバーで一気に駆け抜け、エネルギッシュなライブを展開。最新アルバムでもラストを締め括る「Hold Me Tight」を披露しステージを後にした。

　この後アンコールを受けて、全員が学生服姿で登場！！未発表曲の「希望のうた」を合唱スタイルで披露。曲中ではバンド結成からの14年間の出来事を自虐ネタ交え“呼びかけ"スタイルで披露し、笑いを誘った。この曲は、神奈川で中学教師をしていたボーカル高木の友人から依頼を受け3年前に制作したもの。歌の好きな生徒たちのために卒業式で歌う曲を作って欲しいと。高木にとっても凄く大事な曲なだけに披露する場をずっと考えていた。そしてこのワンマンツアーで初めて披露された。高木は『いつかこの曲を武道館で大合唱出来る日を目指して！』と真っ直ぐな思いを力強く語った。

　そして、この日のラストは代表曲「教科書」で大円団となり、ライブは熱狂をもったまま終了。高木は『前から後ろまでみんな口を動かしているこの瞬間が大好きです。またどこかで会いましょう！』と熱いライブを締め括った。
