ピアノ系シンガーソングライター の入日茜、デビュー15周年記念で 初の ALL TIME BEST リリース!

奥華子、高田みちこなどを輩出したピアノ系シンガーソングライターの名門レーベル『cocktail』のスターティングメンバーであり、現在もレーベルの中心的な存在である入日茜が初のBEST盤をリリースすることが発表された。その独特なシルクのように包み込む声と、高い作曲能力、映画の物語のような世界観の歌詞が、多くの人を魅了し続ける入日茜。15周年を迎えた今年、時代もレーベルも超えた、そのキャリアの集大成となるベスト盤がリリースになります。ファンからの人気の高い曲はもちろん、今までのアルバムに未収録だった、映画『しまこと小豆島』、映画『Dolphin Swims』の主題歌や、故郷福井でのTVCMタイアップ曲、DEENへの提供楽曲「Tears on Earth」(作詞:池森秀一)のセルフカバー、そしてファンにも人気の高い文筆家“銀色夏生”作詞の「ありがとう」のアカペラVer.を新録にて収録。これ1枚で入日茜ワールドが堪能できる作品となっています。ジャケット写真は、福山雅治や、山崎まさよし、尾崎豊などミュージシャンのCDジャケット、写真集などで有名な写真家ハービー・山口氏による、撮り下ろしのモノクロ写真。豪華ブックレットにも収められるハービー・山口氏のモノクロ写真による入日茜の新しい魅力も、今作に華を添えます。

人生の一場面を切り取った物語のような歌詞と映画音楽的な美しい旋律が魅力。
2002年12月Bellwood Record Cocktailレーベル(後にピアノ系名門レーベルと言われる)よりデビュー。
自身の音楽活動の傍らDEENのツアーコーラスメンバーとしてホールクラスのステージに立ち経験を積む。
出産を機に一時活動休止を経て2014年5月に約6年ぶりとなる3rdアルバム『そして、この扉をあけるのは私』をリリース。
音楽人生第2章のスタートを切る。
その繊細でやさしい歌声の中に力強いメッセージを宿した楽曲は、NAVERまとめ【あなたを救う。日本人17名の究極の癒しボーカリストたち。】【今日からスタートこの日から始まる、前向きになれる邦楽曲のまとめ】などで取り上げられ、年代・性別を超え、多くの人の心をとらえている。
