ラーメンが作れるラオタで話題のシド Shinji(Gt.)のラーメン料理番組、第4回の配信では「二郎風」のレシピが決定！

最近、ラーメンの企画で「有吉反省会」や「ラーメン店 軒先の明と暗」のテレビ番組などに出演し、“ラーメンが作れるラオタ”としてTwitterのトレンドに入るなど話題を集めたシドのギタリスト・Shinji。
そのShinjiと日本最大の料理レシピサービスとして有名なcookpadとのコラボレーション番組『シド Shinjiの今日何ラーメンにする？』第4回が、11月23日に配信される事が決定した。

Shinjiは、年間400杯以上のラーメンを200万円以上つぎ込んで食べ歩き、さらに自前の製麺機で麺を自作するなど、全て一から作ってしまうほど大のラーメン好き。
そんなShinjiのレギュラー番組がcookpadのクッキングLIVEアプリ「cookpadTV」にて現在配信中。

第4回の生放送では、番組MCにムートン伊藤を迎え、「二郎風豚骨醤油ラーメン」のレシピを公開。
スープもチャーシューも煮込まずにできる作り方をポイントごとに紹介し、番組を視聴しながらユーザーと一緒に作れる内容になっている。
番組では Shinjiへの質問も受け付けているので、シドファンのみならずラーメン好きの方もコメントで参加してみては如何だろうか。
