KIDS奥野涼、地元奈良県・DMG MORIやまと郡山城小ホールにてワンマンコンサートを開催

奈良県出身の4人組バンドKIDS(キッズ)の奥野涼(Vocal / Guitar)が生まれ故郷であるDMG MORIやまと郡山城小ホール(奈良県・大和郡山市)にてワンマンコンサート「引力と喝采の果てに」を11月9日に開催した。

1年前の2018年12月に告知を行い、ストリートライブや早期購入者限定ライブなど開催に向けて着々と準備を進めてきた当イベント。
「自分の信頼できる仲間だけで開催したい」とこれまで出会った仲間をスタッフクルーに従えたこのワンマンコンサートに、地元の仲間含めたくさんのファンが全国から駆けつけた。

今年の頭に結成された「奥野涼BAND」形式を中心に、ソロ活動を始めて4年間にリリースした計18曲(うち新曲3曲)を披露。

SE無し、ピアノの演奏からスタートした「Kiss is dramatic sound」からライブはスタート。

「奥野涼のワンマンコンサートへようこそ！13年前の高校生の時に立ったステージにワンマンで帰ってこれたのは嬉しいです！今日はたくさん曲やるので楽しんでいきましょう！」と「Birth」「僕の日曜日は月曜日」を披露。

「普段はオールスタンディングのライブハウスで音楽を届けているのですが、こうやって座ってゆっくり見てもらうのもいいですね。僕も30歳になって立ち見が辛くなってきました」と自虐的なMCのあと、新曲を含めた3曲を立て続けに披露。

中盤には今回唯一のゲストとして奥野が楽曲提供を行い、秋にはスプリットCDをリリースするなど親交の深いシンガーソングライター小林未奈を迎え、3曲を披露。

秋からスプリットCDのツアーで何度も共演しているからか、奥野が「男性だから、女性だからって言う概念をぶっ壊したいんですよ。」とMCで言ったように男女の垣根を飛び越えた非常に息の合ったハーモニーを披露。1曲終わる毎に会場は暖かい拍手に包まれた。

小林未奈退場後、奥野涼1人で弾き語りのセクションでは「決まっていたセトリを急遽変更しました」と、KIDS時代の楽曲「流星群」を披露。先日亡くなった愛犬の名前が出てくるナンバーだ。

後半戦では再び奥野涼BAND編成に戻り「眠れる獅子」「アレルギー」と普段ライブハウスで披露しているアグレッシブな2曲を披露。

「スピリチュアルなことはあまり言いたくないのですが、天国に届くように歌います。」と披露された「origin」では、今年の春からツアーを周り共に歩んできた奥野涼BANDメンバーも涙を浮かべ、奥野自体も時折声が詰まり歌えなくなる場面があった。

「現時点での最高傑作です。この歌がもっと沢山の人に届くよう引き続き歌い続けます。」と言うMCの後に、初のミュージックビデオを製作した「シーフードカップヌードル」を披露。

最後に「アンコールはありません、この曲が僕とあなたのラストソングになりませんように」と「ラストソング」を披露してライブは終了。約2時間のステージに幕を閉じた。

今日の奥野のステージはMCの内容含めて”生と死”がメインテーマな気がしたのは気のせいだろうか。
熱い気持ちが全面的に感じられたステージだった。

また、ライブ中のMCにて2020年4月6日(月)に心斎橋BIGCATにて主催イベント「奥野涼BAND presents “エンターテインメントのバーゲンセール”」を開催することを発表した。心斎橋BIGCATはKIDS時代に2度ワンマンライブを行っているが、主催イベントは初となる。

共演者などは随時発表されるので、今後の活動は公式HPなどでチェックしてもらいたい。
