[Alexandros]、2015年第一弾シングルは初のドラマタイアップ曲収録

[Alexandros]が2015年リリース第一弾であるシングルの詳細を発表した。

2015年3月にシングル、6月にアルバム、7月に2度目の武道館、秋にはツアーと、昨年11月に2015年の年間計画を発表した[Alexandros]。3月に発売する新作は「ワタリドリ/Dracula La」のダブル両A面シングルで、3月18日に発売されることとなった。

「ワタリドリ」は、1月7日に川上洋平（Vo）がTOKYO FMから全国38局で放送されているラジオ番組「SCHOOL OF LOCK!」に 生出演した際に初OAされ、一度聴いたら忘れられないイントロのフレーズとドラマチックなコーラス、そして展開が彼らのライヴアンセム「Starrrrrrr」を彷彿させるロックナンバー。既に「This Summer Festival 2014」「COUNTDOWN JAPAN14/15」などの年末フェス、ライヴなどで新曲として披露され、話題を集めていた。

そしてもう一つのシングル表題曲、「Dracula La」（読み：ドラキュララ）は、まだライヴでの披露、メディアでのOAもされていない新曲で、今までの[Alexandros]の楽曲とは一味違う、新しいタイプの楽曲になるとのことだ。この曲は、貫地谷しほり主演、MBS・TBS系ドラマ「女くどき飯」（TBSは1月27日（火）スタート、MBSは 1月25日（日）スタート）の主題歌に決定。バンド史上初のドラマタイアップとなる。

発売形態は初回限定盤A,Bと通常盤の3形態で、初回限定盤には、2014年12月に東京・名古屋・大阪にて開催された、[Alexandros]主催の“日本で一番遅い夏フェス"「This Summer Festival 2014」で収録されたライヴ音源と、MVとMVのメイキング映像が収録されたDVD付。

ジャケットは現在制作中で、後に公開される予定とのことだ。楽しみに続報を待とう。
