かりゆし58、『沖縄国際映画祭』など大型イベント続々決定

昨年10月に最新アルバム『大金星』をリリースし、11月の赤坂BLITZ公演よりスタートした全国ツアーが先日2月20日に渋谷公会堂にて大盛況のうちに終了したかりゆし58。そんなかりゆし58の、大型イベントへの出演が続々発表された。

まずは、地元沖縄で開催され今年で7回目を迎える『沖縄国際映画祭』。今年からタイトルが変わり、沖縄全島を巻き込んだよりスケールアップしたイベントになるという。

続いて4月29日（水/祝）は思い入れの深い神戸で行われる関西最大のフリーロックフェス『COMIN'KOBE15』への出演も決定。5月17日（日）には熊本で行われる地元沖縄の大先輩である知名定男氏プロデュースイベント『琉球の風』に出演する。

デビュー9周年記念日の2月22日には、地元沖縄で行われた読売ジャイアンツと東北楽天イーグルスのオープン戦での始球式を担当し、ライヴも披露した。バンドを代表してマウンドに立ったバンド一野球好きのボーカル前川真悟は、「この記念すべき日に地元沖縄でこんな素晴らしい舞台で投げられることに感謝です！ 実は、ストライクが入れば俺らは大丈夫！　入らなければ、そこまでの存在…と勝手に今後の自分達を占う舞台にしてましたが、入ってホッとしました（笑）」とコメントしている。そして試合終了後には地元の後輩宮國投手ともお互いの活躍を近い合った。

来年デビュー10周年を迎えるかりゆし58から目が離せない。
