SHE'S、ミニアルバムより新曲「Over You」のMV公開

SHE'Sが6月21日にリリースするミニアルバム『Awakening』に収録されている「Over You」のミュージックビデオを公開した。

「Over You」は軽快なストリングスから始まる爽快かつ壮大な楽曲となっており、ロックバンドの枠には収まらない、大きなスケール感を感じさせてくれる。このミュージックビデオの監督は[Alexandros]など数々のミュージックビデオを手掛ける新鋭女性クリエイター かとうみさと（A4A.inc）がつとめている。

SHE'Sのメンバーと同世代でもある彼女は、このミュージックビデオのコンセプトについて「自分を信じて戦ってきたから見えたもの。見えそうなもの。 成長する心、身体、上がる体温。 孤独だからこそふたりで居られる。 ふたりでは見えない景色も知っている。 美しくて妖精のような女の子たちが走りつづける。出会い、手を取り合ってまた走る。キラキラしているけどどこか儚げなふたり。 本当にあるのかもわからない、でもきっとそこにある煌めきの景色を求めて。SHE'Sというバンドは、私たちの等身大で、希望なのではないでしょうか。爽快でノスタルジックな煌めきが眩しい楽曲にあわせて、空、水面、プール、女の子の瞬間を切り取りながら、疾走感ある演奏と混じり合い、それぞれがもっている記憶から懐かしいような新しいような景色を浮かべて見てもらえたらうれしいです」とコメントしている。

なお、キャストとして美しく、妖精のような女の子を演じるのは KERAやZipper、LARMEなどのファッション誌でモデルとして活躍する“ゆら”とmerなどのファッション誌を中心にテレビやラジオなど活躍の場を拡げている“村田倫子"の2人。ゆらは「楽曲がとってもポップで夏～！夏のフレッシュを先取りしちゃいました。倫子ちゃんと沢山踊ったシーンがすごく思い出深いです。私は普段黒い服ばかりなのでこういったフレッシュな服を着て踊るというのは中々できない体験なのでいい機会でした。そして途中豪雨になりましたが晴れたのはSHE'Sの皆さんの晴れ男パワーかもしれません。是非見て頂きたいです！」と作品からは感じられない撮影時のエピソードを。村田倫子は「木々の間を駆け抜けたり、プールサイドで水を浴びたりして、ひと足お先に夏を感じました。しゅわっと炭酸をのみたくなるような、ポップで爽やかな曲。是非見て下さい！」とコメントを寄せた。

「Over You」は6月2日よりiTunes他にて先行配信がスタート。また、同時にiTunesプレオーダー受付もスタートした。iTunesのプレオーダー特典として、先日行われたワンマンツアーのツアーファイナルの模様のダイジェスト映像をプレオーダーした方限定でダウンロードすることができる。この映像にはSHE'Sからのメッセージも詰め込まれており、ファイナルに足を運んだ人はもちろん、SHE'Sファン必見の映像となっているので必ずチェックして欲しい。

全国10箇所のワンマンツアーも即完といった勢いで ここにきてLIVEのチケットが取りづらいバンドともなっている。勢いとどまる事の知れない次世代を担うピアノロックバンド、SHE'Sから目を離さないでいて欲しい。
