THE MODS、35周年ツアー東京公演を収めたライブ盤をリリース

THE MODSが35周年ツアー東京公演の模様を収録したライブアルバム『GO STOP TROUBLE』をリリースした！

今作はアニバーサリーイヤーである2016年に行なわれたツアーの東京公演となる11月28日のTSUTAYA O-EASTでのライブの模様を収録したライブアルバム。3月に発売された野音公演のライブDVD『STAY CRAZY』ともまた異なる、ライブ盤ならではの独特の空気感は秀逸だ。貫禄を見せつけながらも、迸るエネルギッシュなパフォーマンスは圧巻と言わざるを得ない。

そして、赤坂BLITZで行なわれた『THE MODS×THE COLTS "LITTLE SCARFACE FESTA 2017"』の模様を収録したライブDVDが9月20日に発売されることがわかった。伝説のレーベル“スカーフェイス"の2バンドでのスプリットライブ。同窓会的なライブとは一線を画す、彼らの“現在"が堪能できる映像は必見である。

また、THE MODSのサウンドプロデューサーにして唯一無二のギタリスト、苣木寛之のソロプロジェクトであるDUDE TONEが 4月の#1公演、6〜7月の#2公演に続き、単独でのアコースティックスタイルライブ第三弾が決定した。バンドスタイルとは異なる、苣木寛之が一人で紡ぐビートとメロディーをぜひとも体験して欲しい。
