シド、MCによゐこ濱口を迎えたLINE LIVE特番をオンエア

先日、全国16か所を回るホールツアー『SID TOUR 2017 「NOMAD」』を開催し、各地SOLD OUT続出という大盛況の中、ツアーファイナルまでを完走したシド。そんな彼らが12月28日（木）、Blu-ray＆DVD『SID 日本武道館 2017 「夜更けと雨と/夜明けと君と』のリリースを記念したLINE LIVE特番をOAした。

今回、番組のMCに実はシドのメンバーと交友関係もあるという、よゐこの濱口優氏を迎え、シドのメンバー自ら、『SID 日本武道館 2017 「夜更けと雨と/夜明けと君と」』の映像を見ながら、ライブ当時の心境や見どころを語った。日本武道館 2017初日の「夜更けと雨と」からは、ライブ初披露となった「夢心地」や、ヴォーカルのマオが楽曲の世界観に入り込み、怖いモードになってしまうという「プロポーズ」を振り返った。2日目の「夜明けと君と」からは、2018年にバンド結成15周年を迎える今のシドにふさわしい「ANNIVERSARY」、そしてドラム・ゆうやが「実は後ろの火柱がめちゃくちゃ熱かった」と本音を語った「吉開学17歳（無職）」を振り返った。視聴者のコメントに答えるコーナーでは、メンバー1人ずつのファッションチェックも行われるなど、シドメンバーの素が垣間見れた。番組中、ハート（＝いいね！）の数はなんと500万を突破。予想以上の反響にメンバーもMC濱口氏も驚愕、シドファンの熱量を感じられる番組となった。

今作、『SID 日本武道館 2017 「夜更けと雨と/夜明けと君と」』は、2017年5月12日（金）、13日（土）におこなわれた日本武道館ライブ2DAYSの模様を映像化したもの。シドとして、1年7か月ぶりとなったワンマン公演で、2日間で17,000人を動員。両日ともに即日SOLD OUTしたライブだっただけに、今回のDVD、Blu-ray、しっかりチェックを！

また、シドは2018年、バンド結成15周年を迎える。12月31日（日）、TBS『CDTVスペシャル！年越しプレミアライブ 2017→2018』にも出演が決定。さらに2018年の元日、1月1日（月・祝）にはZepp Tokyoでのワンマンライブも行われる。その後、2018年5月5日（土・祝）のZepp DiverCity TOKYOを皮切りに、6月16日（土）のZepp Tokyoまでの全12公演を駆け抜ける全国ライブハウスツアーも発表されている。怒涛の活動を見せる彼らから今後も目が離せない！
