チャットモンチー、ラストアルバム6月末発売＆『こなそんフェス2018』全貌公開

2018年7月での“完結”を発表しているチャットモンチーが、6月27日（水）にラストアルバム『誕生』をリリースすることを発表した。本作品はチャットモンチー7枚目のオリジナルアルバムとなり、全編打ち込みスタイルへ変貌を遂げた一枚となっている。M-1「CHATMONCHY MECHA」から始まる全7曲を収録しており、M-4「クッキング・ララ feat. DJみそしるとMCごはん」は、DJみそしるとMCごはんを迎えて制作された。打ち込みという自由の中で丁寧に磨きこまれた音像と、活動の“完結”を目前に静かに放たれる鋭利な言葉。どんなフォーマットを採ろうとも、チャットモンチーはチャットモンチーであることを突きつける、圧倒的な存在感の全7曲だ。チャットモンチーが辿り着いた最終章であり、はじまりの一枚となっている。レコーディング＆ミックスは佐藤宏明（スチャダラパー、THE SKA FLAMES etc.） / 田中章義（橋本絵莉子波多野裕文、ミツメ etc.）が、マスタリングは山崎翼（バーニー・グランドマン・マスタリング）が手掛けた。

アルバム『誕生』のリリースに先行して6月6日（水）には、リード曲「たったさっきから3000年までの話」を収録した7インチアナログのリリースも発表！　高速の打ちこみビートが炸裂する表題曲に加え、Base Ball Bearの小出祐介を迎えてニューアレンジされた「恋の煙 （同期ver.）」がB面に収録されている。

さらに6月27日（水）には、6thアルバム『共鳴』（2015年リリース）のリマスター盤がリリースされる。すでにフルアルバム5枚、ミニアルバム2枚がリマスター化されており、今回が第3弾。Disc1にはリマスタリング音源を、Disc2にはリリース当時のライブ音源を収録。なおリマスタリング作業は、オリジナルと同様に山崎翼（バーニー・グランドマン・マスタリング）が手掛ける。

そしてラストライブとなる主催フェス『チャットモンチーのこなそんフェス2018』の全出演者、日割りも発表された。今回も、チャットモンチー所縁のアーティストや芸人、今一番見たいと思う超豪華な出演者たちが決定！　チャットモンチー最後のライブに花を飾ってくれる。
