毎年恒例Starwave Recordsが主催するイベント「Starwave countdown 2019〜2020」。

この情報を目にするたび、「今年もそんな時期になったんだなぁ」という気持ちになる。今や、毎年の恒例行事。今年も12月31日(火)に、池袋RUIDO K3を舞台にStarwave Recordsへ所属バンドたちが一堂に会すイベント「Starwave countdown 2019〜2020」が行われる。
出演は、UNDER FALL JUSTICE(カウントダウン), 未完成アリス, Scarlet Valse, XXXX, ラヴェーゼ, L.A bate, ALEVAS, the Reveude, 魅裟, Vagu*Project, project Coda, CULA(ゲスト)という、所属バンドを中心に、レーベルとも関係性の深いバンドたち。
事前にUNDER FALL JUSTICEがカウントダウンを担うことを伝えてきたのは、2020年はUNDER FALL JUSTICEをレーベル側が積極的に推してゆく宣言としてのこと??。その真意は、当日、会場で確かめていただきたい。Starwave Recordsを支えるレギュラーバンド陣の登場も嬉しいが、XXXXが誰なのかが気になるところ。そこは、追加発表を心待ちにしようか。

カウントダウン公演を終えた後には、新年一発目のイベントとして、こちらも毎年恒例の「Starwave新年会」を開催。今年は、「Starwave新年会＆アウトストア2020」と題し、Scarlet Valse、未完成アリス、ラヴェーゼ、CULA(ゲスト)が出演。こちらではライブではなく、トークイベント、ゲーム、私物プレゼントのビンゴ大会などを行ないながら、ファンたちとの交流を大切にした内容で明け方まで催される。大好きなバンドメンバーたちを、より身近に感じたい人たちには、このイベントへの参加をお勧めしたい。尚、両イベントとも、22時以降は「18歳以下の入場不可能」であり、受付にてIDチェックも行われるので、22時以降も参加する方は身分証明書も持参して欲しい。

今や、このイベントを味わいながら新年をバンドたちと迎えるのが恒例となってる人たちも多い。例年の方々は今年もどっぷりと。今年初参加を予定している人たちは新鮮な気持ちで、年末年始だからこそ味わえるライブ三昧な一夜を楽しんでいただきたい。
