デビューから20年後となる2021年1月1日、DASEINの20年間の軌跡を詰め込んだシングル配信リリース

2001年1月1日、デビューシングル「夢つれづれ」のリリースからちょうど20年目を迎える2021年1月1日、DASEINは最新シングル「泡沫なる夢幻」を配信リリースした。都啓一(Rayflower／SOPHIA)プロデュースによる「泡沫なる夢幻」は、オリエンタルな要素を巧みに取り入れた、今の時代に即したELECTRO/TRANCE＋HYPER BEAT ROCKなスタイル。歌詞には、DASEINの20年間の歩みを詰め込んだ。

素晴らしき 出逢いが 奏でた始まりは
終幕の 時を超え いとおしむ君へ
泡沫なる夢幻を ガムシャラに生きるのさ
目覚めても 覚めない 今が在れば

その4行の歌詞だけでも、2人が出会い、DASEINを結成。終幕(解散)を乗り越え、ふたたび(再結成をし)共に歩み続けるDASEINの姿が見えてくる。他にも、ファンとの関係性や、何度も試練を乗り越えてきた中で得た喜びなど、「泡沫なる夢幻」にはDASEINの20年間の軌跡が濃縮されている。RickyとJOEが、「泡沫なる夢幻」について言葉を寄せてくれた。

Ricky 人生自体が泡沫な、夢や幻のようなもの。その中で僕とJOEが出会い、DASEINを築きあげ、ファンたちとの出会いを育み、終幕の時を超え、共に歩み続けながら今に至っている。そんなDASEINの20年間の軌跡を「泡沫なる夢幻」には詰め込みました。古語や四字熟語や百人一首など、デビュー当時から日本語独特の文化や表現を大切にしているDASEINなので、今回の歌詞にも「花曇り」や「星月夜」などの美しい言葉を散りばめているので、そこにも注目しながらじっくりと歌詞に触れてください。けっして"飛沫(ひまつ)"と読み間違いをしないように。この歌は"泡沫(うたかた)"ですから。
JOE　「泡沫なる夢幻」の最後にRickyが綴った「愛しても 止まない 君が在れば」の一行。その"君"は、相方やファンであり、今の時代の中で強く感じてきた"人との絆"など、いろんな想いを指しています。さらにそこへ、"これまでと、今。そして、これからも伝えたい”僕らの想い”をすべて凝縮しました。サウンド面でも、DASEINらしいHYPER BEAR ROCK＋TRANCEという「らしくもあり、新しい音楽」を都啓一さんに仕上げてもらいました。RayflowerのYUKIくんのギターもジワリと染みる良い感じなので、そこも聞いてください。

2021年１月１日を持って、DASEINはデビュー20周年目を迎えた。今年、様々な展開を予定している中、その先駆けとなるのが3月14日に行なうJOEのBirthday Liveと、4月4日に開催するデビュー20周年を祝うワンマン公演になる。まずは、配信シングル「泡沫なる夢幻」に触れてもらいたい。それが、ここからまた生まれるDASEINとの「素晴らしい出逢い」になれたら嬉しく思う。

2001年1月1日、デビューシングル「夢つれづれ」のリリースからちょうど20年目を迎える2021年1月1日にリリースされる記念すべき今作は、【泡沫夢幻（ほうまつむげん）】という日本語特有の文化でもある四字熟語をモチーフに、DASEINとしての20年間の軌跡を描いた作品となっている。人生とは泡沫の夢のようであるが、そんな幻の如きリアルな世界でJOEとRickyは出会い、DASEINが生まれ、ザイナー(ファンの呼称)と出会い、解散の時を超え、またこうして同じ夢を見ながら音楽を奏でていられる事への喜びと感謝が綴られた歌詞が印象的。
　そんな歌詞の儚さとDASEIN王道の哀愁を帯びた歌謡メロディー、JOEのアグレッシブかつ繊細なドラム、ハートウォームゆえにどこかノスタルジックなRickyのハイトーンボイスが、デビュー当初の古き良きを感じさせながらも、今回初めてDASEINの楽曲アレンジを手掛けた都啓一氏（Rayflower／SOPHIA）のサウンドメイクにより、さらに深みを増した古き良き新しきHYPER BEAT ROCKに仕上がっている。
