「釣りガール×ファン」と「アイドル×ファン」の両方を楽しめるグループ，りあくしょん★バイト誕生!!!!!

「釣りガール×アイドル」をコンセプトに、"海の日"(7月17日)にデビューを発表したのが、5人組アイドルグループの「りあくしょん☆バイト」。彼女たちの大きな特徴が、"釣りの釣果がアイドル活動に直結"していること。
YouTubeチャンネルでの配信も兼ねた、「魚釣りで○○を釣り上げるまで帰れない」など、いくつものミッションを実施。そのポイント数に応じて新曲の授与など、アイドル活動に還元してゆく形を取ってゆく。

りあくしょん☆バイトを応援するうえで、ファンたちは2つの楽しみ方ができる。それが「釣りガール×ファン」と「アイドル×ファン」という2つの関わり方。
まずは、「釣りガール×ファン」としての楽しみ方。釣り初心者のメンバーらが、「極寒の海でメバルを10匹釣らんかい」「海上釣り堀で3魚種を釣らんかい」「相模湾で20キロマグロを釣らんかい」などの様々な課題に挑戦。"お師匠様"と呼ばれる釣り好きの方々からの秘伝(アドバイス)を得ながら、いかにミッションをクリアしてゆくか。つまり、ファンの後押しを受けて、彼女たちがいかに釣果(成果)を上げてゆくのかという楽しみ方。
「アイドル×ファン」としての楽しみ方の面では、釣りの成果を通して得たポイントによって、新曲制作やリリース、ワンマン公演やツアーの開催など、アイドルとして闘うため(活動してゆくうえで)のアイテムを手にする形を取っている。もちろん、ライブ活動も積極的に行うので、現場で触れ合える楽しさがある。
片方だけではなく、「釣りガール×ファン」と「アイドル×ファン」の楽しみ方を連動することで,楽しみ方が倍増するのも嬉しい。

釣った魚をさばいて食するのは、もちろん。「釣った魚の料理方法の伝授」や「ビーチクリーン活動」など、「釣りガールとして育ってゆく楽しさ」。 着実にライブ支持を集め、会場の規模を上げ、作品のリリースを重ねてゆく、「アイドルとしての成長を見守る楽しさ」。りあくしょん☆バイトは、2つの要素を重ねあわせて成長してゆく姿を支持する"応援参加型"を取っている。
彼女らの活動を報告するYouTube番組では、著名な釣りユーチューバーとのコラボも実施予定だ。

グループ名の「りあくしょん☆バイトとは、[釣り用語]で「釣り師の仕掛ける技のアクションにより、魚が反射的にルアーに食い付いてしまう行動」を指す言葉。つまり、彼女たちが、「いかに興味を持つ活動を仕掛け、その行動によって大勢のファンたちをつかむのか」によって、りあくしょん☆バイト自体が名人級のグループへと成長していくか、初心者レベルの活動に終始してしまうのかにもかかってゆく。

海の日のデビュー発表をスタートに、りあくしょん☆バイトには、早くも課題が投げかけられる(公式SNSをチェック)。釣り好きほど、沼にハマる活動という面もあるが、釣りの知識がなくとも、彼女たちがいくつもの課題を乗り越え、成長してゆく様を楽しんでもらいたい。

最後に、メンバーそれぞれが持っている"りあくしょん☆バイト=人を引き寄せる魅力"について触れておきたい。

一度はまったら抜け出せない、ひと言ひと言が面白い子。魚で例えると、「メダカ」

桜衣音羽　
アイドルとして生まれてきた言葉が相応しい、まさに「ザ・アイドル」。師匠ではなく、たくさんの弟子が出来そうな「ついていきます」的な存在感を発揮している。魚で例えると、錦鯉。

彩恵みく
天真爛漫な妹キャラ。男性のハートをくすぐるかわいさを持っている。魚で例えると、出世魚のアジ。

大塚なち　
メンバーの中、唯一のアングラー。人懐っこいキャラクターで、次々と人を引き寄せる魅力を持つ女性。魚で例えると、一人だけど、南国の海に生息するカラフルな熱帯魚たち。

水世桃愛
いろんな人たちか自然と集まる、たくさん愛されて育ってきた人柄の見える、愛されキャラ。魚で例えると、サーモン。

　りあくしょん☆バイトの5人が、これからどんな風に出世し、誰からも愛されるマグロ(存在)に成長してゆくのか。その物語を、ぜひ追いかけてもらいたい。
