umbrella、12年前の2ndミニアルバム再録リリース決定、リリースワンマンも開催

関西在住の4人組空間系オルタナティブバンドumbrellaが、5月15日に再録ミニアルバム「monochrome」を発売、同日に池袋手刀で「monochrome」リリースパッケージワンマンイベント【シン・モノクロレイン】を開催することを発表した。

「monochrome」は2012年に発売された2ndミニアルバム「モノクローム」の再録音源となっており、「モノクローム」のセカンドプレスにのみ収録された「風見鶏」を含む全8曲が収録される。
「モノクローム」が現在入手不可となっており、ライヴで演奏する度に再販を熱望する声が多かった為、今回CDとデジタルでの再録リリースが決定した。

リリースパッケージワンマンは「monochrome」再現ライヴやトークの他、メンバー自らCDを手渡しする即売会も予定されている。
約12年かけて生まれ変わる楽曲たちが「monochrome」にどのように詰め込まれているか是非CDを手に取って確かめて欲しい。

≪メンバーコメント≫
今でも「聴きたい曲」としてリクエストが多い楽曲が収録されているミニアルバムが【モノクローム】でした。
各音楽配信サービスにも入っていない為、なかなか聴いてもらうことも出来ないレアな曲達をフレーズなどブラッシュアップして今のサウンドでもう一度作り直す。
更に磨きのかかった音源に仕上げます
仕上がった音源のリリースに合わせていち早く、その音源を再現したパッケージ的なイベントも用意したので是非体感しにきてくださいね

バンドに歴史があるからこそ出来る挑戦だと思います。
当時は当時でその時作れる一番良いものを間違いなく作っていました。
けど常に前を向いて進んでるからこそ今が一番良いものが作れるという自負があります。
リリースに伴って池袋手刀でワンマン。
ライブでも音源でも常にベストを尽くします。
