フレデリック、メジャーデビュー盤『oddloop』の無限ループジャケット公開

　一度耳にすると頭から離れない独特なメロディラインと歌詞が注目を集め、先日A-Sketchからのメジャーデビューを発表した神戸出身4人組バンド、フレデリック。9月24日にデビューミニアルバム『oddloop』（読み：オドループ）の詳細が発表され、ジャケットが公開された。

　ジャケットのアートワークはCORNELIUSのCDジャケットをはじめ、数々のデザインを手がけるグラフィックデザイナー・北山雅和が担当し、前作「うちゅうにむちゅう」に続き三原康司（B./Vo.）がイラストを書き下ろしている。

　今回の作品コンセプトでもある、独特の感性で昇華した彩り豊かなダンスナンバーの象徴となるアルバムタイトル『oddloop』にちなんで、カセットテープのテープ部分に「無限」と「ループ」を意味する『∞』をはめ込んだ、スタイリッシュさとユニークさが見事に交わったジャケットとなっている。

　収録曲には、既にライヴでは披露されているタイトルトラック「オドループ」や「ディスコプール」など全7曲を収録。「踊る」「ループ」など、今作コンセプトの大きな旗印を掲げたミニアルバムがどういった彩りになるか注目だ。
