人間椅子が25周年記念ベスト盤の詳細を解禁

12月3日に2枚組ベスト盤『現世は夢～25周年記念ベストアルバム～』をリリースする人間椅子。この度、そのベスト盤の曲目とジャケ写が解禁となった。

ベスト盤には全部で28曲が収録され、メンバー自身も選曲に色々悩んだ様子。最終的にはライブ定番曲から今の勢いが伝わる曲など、幅広い年代の楽曲が揃った。特に「陰獣」「神経症 I Love You」の2曲は、TBS系列「平成名物TV いかす!!バンド天国」の自主レーベルから発売されたインディーズ盤「人間椅子」（廃盤となっており入手困難となっている作品）に収録された楽曲で今回、ベスト盤に初収録である。そして前作『無頼豊饒』ツアー後に作られた新曲4曲も収録されている。

今回のジャケ写は、万華鏡をアレンジしたものになり抽象的な作品となっている。メンバー曰く「バンド名人間椅子の生みの親である江戸川乱歩がレンズ嗜好症であったことを思えば、至当といえます。どうぞ皆さん、人間椅子の風変わりで奇妙な世界をお楽しみください。」とのことである。

人間椅子は年明けから東名阪のツアーも決定しているので、是非ベスト盤を聞きこんでライブに臨もう！

人間椅子、バンド生活25年のベスト盤を出すことになりました。既発表曲に加えて、デビュー前のインディーズ盤収録曲、さらに新曲4曲入りの豪華盤です。自分自身、1曲目からきちんと聴いてみました。当時どんな思いで曲を作り演奏したか、記憶がありありと蘇ります。それは懐かしいという感慨ではなく、まるで昨日のことのようで、青春は今も続いているのだと思いました。芸術は永遠です。時間は幻で、現世は夢のようなものでしょう。
