【UNISON SQUARE GARDEN】「劇場版 TIGER & BUNNY -The Rising-」の主題歌を書き下ろし！

　UNISON SQUARE GARDENが2014年2月8日（土）より全国公開される映画 「劇場版 TIGER & BUNNY -The Rising-」主題歌を書き下ろしたことが発表された。

　これは10月12日に千葉・幕張メッセイベントホールにて開催されたイベント「劇場版 TIGER & BUNNY -The Rising- SUPER PRELUDE」にてアナウンスされたもの。イベント中盤に上映されたVTRで、主題歌のタイトルと担当アーティストがUNISON SQUARE GARDENであることが明かされると、場内を埋めた観客からは大歓声が。続いてバンドが、その新曲「harmonized finale」をステージ上で演奏すると、オーディエンスは大いに沸き立ち色とりどりのサイリウムを振って応えた。

　またバンドはイベントの終盤に再びステージに登場し、「TIGER & BUNNY」シリーズを彩った「リニアブルーを聴きながら」「オリオンをなぞる」をスペシャルライブとして演奏。さらに、キャストからの熱いラブコールと客席からの「ユニゾン!」コールを受けて、この日2回目となる「harmonized finale」を披露し、イベントを大成功に導いた。

　当日のイベントには、映画のキャストを務める声優の平田広明、森田成一、寿美菜子、楠大典、伊瀬茉莉也、 津田健次郎、井上剛、岡本信彦、遊佐浩二、中村悠一や、「TIGER & BUNNY」シリーズを通じてキャラクター原案・ヒーローデザインを担当するマンガ家の桂正和が登壇。テレビシリーズの各話をつなぐオリジナルドラマや「劇場版 TIGER & BUNNY -The Rising-」の制作秘話などで場内を楽しませた。加えて映画の最 新予告篇やメインビジュアルも初公開され、約4カ月後に迫った劇場公開への期待を煽った。なおイベントの模様は全国85カ所の映画館でライブビューイングされたほか、有料ネット配信も行われ、多くの「タイバ ニ」ファンが熱い視線を投げ掛けた。

　11月6日にはニューシングル「桜のあと（all quartets lead to the?）」およびライブDVD「UNISON SQUARE GARDEN TOUR 2013 CIDER ROAD TOUR @ NHK HALL 2013.04.10」のリリースを控えるなか、早くも新曲の完成が明らかになったUNISON SQUARE GARDEN。今秋は各地の学園祭やイベントライブへの精力的な出演が決まっているほか、2014年2月~3月にかけての全国ツアーも決定している彼ら。気になる方はご確認を。
