PIGGY BANKS、自主企画イベントを名古屋と大阪で開催決定

PIGGY BANKSが6月末に初の自主企画イベントを名古屋、大阪で実施する事を発表した。

PIGGY BANKSは矢沢洋子ことyoko（Vo）、ソロシンガーやトーキョーキラーとして活動しているkeme（Gu）、元GO!GO!7188のakko（Ba）により2014年に結成されたスペシャルガールズバンド。

今回のツアータイトルは、「豚に真珠ツアー」。対バン相手にガールズバンドの先輩である「noodles」と「ロリータ18号」を迎え、2日間を駆け抜ける。チケットの発売は4月23日（水）から一般プレイガイド、各ライブハウス店頭販売などで開始される。7月上旬には、東京でも自主企画イベントを予定しているとの事なので、こちらも楽しみにしておこう。

また、初の自主企画イベントを記念して、2月にMilkywayで行われたライブから、Blondieの「One Way Or Another」カヴァーと、メンバー3名が尊敬するシーナ＆ザ・ロケッツの「涙のハイウェイ」カヴァーの映像がYouTubeにて公開となった。まだ、ライブを観ていない方は、まずはこの映像からPIGGY BANKSの演奏をチェックして欲しい。

なお、PIGGY BANKSは、今週末の4月26日(日)に下北沢CLUB Queで行われる「初音見ろ！NEW ROLLER WAVE」にて騒音寺との2マンライブと、4月29日(水・祝)に行われる「NAONのYAON2015」への出演も決まっている。
