BUCK-TICK、新たにアルバム12作品がハイレゾ配信スタート

BUCK-TICKのアルバム全20作のハイレゾ配信が決定した。

6月26日に1987年のデビューアルバム『SEXUAL×××××！』からビクター所属時代の10作品と、徳間ジャパンより発売された直近の2作品『夢見る宇宙』『或いはアナーキー』までの計12タイトルが配信スタート。さらに7月29日に1997～2010年のアルバム計8タイトルがユニバーサルミュージック、アリオラジャパンより、mora、HD-Music.ほか主要ハイレゾ配信サイトで配信される。

BUCK-TICKは1987年のメジャーデビュー以来、これまでに在籍したレーベルは4社に及ぶ。今回、ハイレゾ配信される作品はそれらの4社にまたがり、ビクターエンタテインメント、ユニバーサルミュージック、アリオラジャパン、徳間ジャパンコミュニケーションズによって「ハイレゾがバクチクする。」をキーワードにレーベルの枠を超えたキャンペーンが展開される。

今回、配信される楽曲数はのべ246曲となり、同時期にハイレゾ配信されるのべ曲数としては国内アーティスト最多となる。また、国内ロックバンドのアルバム20タイトルが同時期にハイレゾ配信されるのは初で、さらにレコード会社4社合同による同一アーティストのハイレゾキャンペーンも初となる。

すでに今年2月には大ヒットアルバム『惡の華』のオリジナル版および2015年ミックス版のハイレゾ配信がスタートしており、これでBUCK-TICKのハイレゾ配信カタログは計22アルバム、楽曲数ではのべ266曲となる。これはロックバンドとして国内最大級の展開で、音楽ファンの間で急速に拡大しているハイレゾマーケットに一早く先手を打ったことになる。

結成30年を迎えてなおオリジナルメンバーでシーンの最前線を走り続ける彼らは、28日に幕張メッセで開催される「LUNATIC FEST.」2日目でトリを務めるLUNA SEAの直前に出演する。最先端のハイレゾ配信も奇跡のロックフェス「LUNATIC FEST.」も見逃せない。
