河村隆一、六本木3daysライブにて大人のステージを演出

10月28日にニューアルバム『Magic Hour』をリリースする河村隆一が9月25日～9月27日、ZEPPブルーシアター六本木3daysのライブを開催した。

初日である9月25日は『Gratest Hits Songs Vol.2』と題して、「Sugar Lady」「I love you」などファンにおなじみの人気楽曲満載のライブを、2日目の9月26日はこれまで『CHICAGO』など舞台（ミュージカル）で歌ってきた楽曲のみのライブ『Musical SongsVol.1』を行なった隆一。そして9月27日の最終日は、いよいよニューアルバムを中心としたLive2015『Magic Hour』が開催されることに。

会場に詰めかけたファンに大きな拍手で迎えられた隆一。初日のアンコールでも披露したM1「Wisteria-ふじ-」をゆったりと歌い出し、ライブはスタートした。歌い終えると、「皆さん、こんばんは。河村隆一です」と挨拶。2曲目以降は未発表曲ばかりを披露するとあって「知らない曲ばかりですよ、ここからは。心の準備はよろしいですか？」と客席を盛り上げながらM2「Promenade -散歩道-」へ。軽快な4ビートのリズムに、客席から自然と手拍子が起こる。続いてM3「Candle -炎-」を歌い終えると、ニューアルバムについてのMCへ。

今回のアルバムは、「自分が60歳になっても歌える大人のスタンダート・ナンバーをコンセプトにし、バート・バカラックやロッド・スチュアートなど等身大で大人の音楽を意識した作品」だと話していた隆一。このステージでも「今自分は45歳で、あと15年経つと技術も肉体もピークを迎えると思います。今回のアルバムは15年後、20年後をイメージした作品です」と説明。ここで初めて『Magic Hour』のタイトルが発表される。そして「今日のライブは、アルバムの曲順通りにやっています」と種明かし（？）をし、M4「Chronicle -年代記-」、「ブルゴーニュのワイン畑をイメージした」というM5「Terroir -恵み-」を披露した。

「アルバム『Magic Hour』は、黄昏時にゆっくりとワインを飲んだり、友人と語ったりする、そんなイメージ」という隆一の言葉通り、ゆったりと落ち着いた大人の雰囲気でステージは進行していく。このステキな空気感に思わず「いい空間だな…。みなさんのお陰です。ありがとうございます」とファンに感謝する隆一。続いて、メロウなピアノと“隆一節"のボーカルが光るM6「Architecture -魂のしくみ-」、「世界から争いがなくなれば…」との思いが込められたM9「Cold Rain -冷たい雨-」、「『Wisteria-ふじ-』同様、このアルバムを象徴する空気感」を持ったM11「Twilight Time -その訪れ-」などアルバム収録曲をすべて歌い上げ、客席に礼をして一旦退場する。

その後アンコールに応えて再登場した隆一。ニューアルバムの曲は歌い終わったため、「久々のナンバーをやります」とアコギ伴奏で「この旅を続けて」を披露。さらにファンサービスのように、ソロ活動を始めた初期の楽曲「Love Song」「in the sky」を立て続けに歌った。ラストは「97年のデビューシングルをみんなでやりたい」と、ライブ初日にも歌った「I love you」を披露。ファンは一気に総立ちとなり、一斉の手拍子で大盛り上がりに。

すべての楽曲を歌い終えて満足気な隆一は「3日間、本当にありがとうございました。次は中野サンプラザで会いましょう」と客席に何度も手を振り、深々と礼をしてステージを後にした。
