かなでももこが9月11日に行うワンマンライブは、「葛藤」をテーマにした物語仕立てのロックな舞台劇

現在スマホゲームとして配信中、"狂気のサスペンスAVG"作品こと「NOeSIS～嘘を吐いた記憶の物語～」。同ゲームの主題歌『OSeINS』を担当しているのが、アニソン/ゲーソンシンガーのかなでももこ。同ゲームの続きを成す「NOeSIS～羽化～」が、9月下旬頃に配信になる。こちらの物語でもかなでももこは、主題歌の『Damask Rose』を担当。2曲とも、激しさの中へ哀切さを秘めたサスペンスホラーナンバーとして完成。何より、『OSeINS』はNOeSISの世界観のなかで決定的に重要なキャラクターである鷹白千夜の、『Damask Rose』は、NOeSISの主人公、鹿倉時雨の心模様に焦点を当てた歌詞のように、ゲームに触れた人ほど魅了される歌になっている。

「NOeSIS～羽化～」の発売や、『Damask Rose』の配信リリースに先駆ける形で、かなでももこは9月11日に新宿MARZを舞台に「かなでももこROCKPROJECT LIVE VER.A」と題したワンマンライブを開催する。この日は、本編を物語仕立てに構成。テーマに据えたのが、昨年彼女が追求し続けた「かなでももこROCK PROJECT」の軸を成した「心の葛藤」。ライブはダーク/ラウドな楽曲を中心、幻想的な歌や心泣き濡らす表情、感情を嬉しく解き放つ歌まで、多彩な曲調を提示してゆく予定だ。
今回のライブの特色としてあるのが、先にも触れた「物語仕立てのライブ」。楽曲の合間には、かなでももこみずからセリフ(モノローグ)を語りＲＯＣＫＰＲＯＪＥＣＴでもテーマでもある「葛藤」というテーマをもとに、歌と語りがどんな風に融合を見せてゆくのかも楽しみだ。
この日のライブ演奏を担うのが、ヴィジュアル系バント「A(エース)」として活動してきたメンバーたち。バンドメンバーの奏でてきた音楽を9月11日のライブを機会にかなで自身のファンの皆さまにも体感してもらいたい、そんな想いからバンドメンバーの楽曲をカバーしてライブの中にくみこんでいく。
もちろん、彼女のライブの魅力となる明るく弾けた楽曲を通し、会場中の人たちが一緒に大騒ぎしてゆく場面も組み込んでいる。壮大な音楽舞台劇を味わう感覚とライブ特有の一体化した熱狂、その2つの表情を、この日は一気に味わっていただきたい。涙もろく、すぐに感動のあまり舞台上で号泣してしまうかなでももこのように、この日も、彼女の涙が止まらなくなるのか??。それとも、みずから物語を進行するヒロインでもあるように、感動の涙をグッと堪えながらライブを展開してゆくのか、そこも楽しみとして見ていただきたい。

最後に,かなでももこからメッセージが届いたので記そうか。

「今回の私のワンマンライブは、「本編を一つの物語」として構成します。具体的な内容は当日のお楽しみにはなりますけど。私がROCK PROJECTを通して描いてきた「葛藤」という感情を、私がこれまで歌ってきた楽曲を通して物語化をし、私がストーリーテラーとしてセリフも加えます。 「葛藤」をテーマにしているように、軸になるのはROCK PROJECTの中に描いたダークな表情ですが、『fragment』のような、物語の世界観を一気に塗り替えてゆく幻想的な歌も私は好きだし、ライブだからこそ明るく弾けた表情だって入れてくように、しっかり幅広さも描き出したライブにしていくつもりです。さらに、9月11日のワンマンライブの日に『Damask Rose』を初披露したいなとも思っています。
　最後に、全体的な話になってしまうんですけど。『NOeSIS』を通し声優をやらせていただけたことで、私、「演じることで見えてくるキャラクターを通した物語の世界観」という視点を得ることが出来ました。そこで得た感覚が、結果的に『Damask Rose』にも表現の深みを与えてゆく経験にも繋がっています。まずは、かなでももこのロック魂を全開にしたワンマンライブに触れてください」(かなでももこ)
