SHE'S、2017年1月に初のフルアルバムをリリース＆全国ワンマンツアー開催決定

SHE'Sが2017年1月25日にアルバム『プルーストと花束』をリリースすることが決定した。併せて、新アーティスト写真の公開、初の全国ワンマンツアーの開催も発表された。

2016年6月にメジャーデビューを飾り、2ndシングルはドラマタイアップにも起用され、ますます勢いに乗る「旋律に愛されたバンド」SHE'S。アルバムリリース発表と併せて、新しいアーティスト写真も公開。メジャーシングル2枚と同じ、アートディレクターは大楠孝太郎、カメラマンはオノツトム、スタイリストはタカハシエイジの制作陣となっている。また、収録楽曲はメジャーデビューシングル曲「Morning Glow」、セカンドシングル「Tonight」、「Stars」含む、全11曲が収録される。アルバムタイトルは『プルーストと花束』。これは20世紀を代表する小説と言われる仏文学者マルセル・プルースト著「失われた時を求めて」から導かれている。マドレーヌの味によって幼少期の記憶が鮮明に蘇るというこの小説内の設定から、“とあるきっかけで無意識下の記憶が蘇る経験のこと”を、この小説に倣い「プルースト効果」と言う。

SHE'Sのソングライター井上は、メロディーの断片や歌詞の中の一言に導かれながら、彼の記憶の中に眠っていた光景を蘇らせてひとつの曲にする、という試みをテーマにこのアルバムを完成させた。それは彼の原風景への旅であり、そのひとつひとつは喜びばかりではなく悲しみをも呼び覚ます、痛みを伴う挑戦であった。“かつてあった世界。それは誰の心の中に今も眠り続け、とあるきっかけで目を覚ます。もう会えない人、その人にもう一度出逢えたら、何を贈ろう？そのきっかけとなる音楽がこのアルバムに束ねられている。その人に手向けた花束のように。”といった意味も込められている。

また、アルバムのリリース発表に併せて初の全国ワンマンツアー「SHE'S　One man Tour　2017“プルーストの欠片”」を開催することが分かった。3月の広島を皮切りに4月のファイナルの東京・赤坂BLITZと全国10箇所を回る。
