TAKURO（GLAY）、ソロライブ初日にHISASHIが登場

TAKURO（GLAY）が自身初のソロアルバム『Journey without a map』のリリースを経て、2月2日の品川ステラボールを皮切りに全国9ヶ所、15公演を行なうソロツアー『Journey without a map 2017』がスタートした。

自身初のソロアルバムはGLAYの激しいサウンドとは打って変わり、ジャジーでブルージーな作品となっており、ライブでも彼の作り上げるジャジーなサウンドを聴くことが出来る。また、TAKUROは「このアルバムはお酒を飲みながら聴いて欲しい」と兼ねてから語っており、ツアー会場でもドリンクコーナーにはお酒が置かれていて、お酒と共にTAKURO所有のビンテージギターの優しい音色に酔いしれているお客さん達が印象的であった。

そして、初日の目品川ステラボール、アンコール時のMCでTAKUROが「地図が無い時はみんなどうする？俺はメンバー集合って言うんだ！　そしたら今日一人メンバーが来てくれた！」と話し終えると、GLAYの同じギタリストであり、盟友のHISASHIがサプライズゲストとしてステージに登場！　これにはさっきまでジャジーな空気に包まれていた会場から驚きの声が上がった。

「今日は地図を最初に燃やした男、HISASHIと特別にセッションします！」とTAKUROが話すと、HISASHIのギターからお馴染みの激しく歪んだディストーションサウンドが炸裂！　そこからはさっきまでのジャジーなライブとは打って変わり、激しいバンドセッションがスタートした。会場のお客さんも総立ちとなり、TAKUROとHISASHIは時にアイコンタクトをしながら即興演奏を交え、計2曲を共にプレイした。ライブの最後にTAKUROは「音楽はやっぱり自由だ」と語り、まさに生で「地図無き音の旅」を感じた夜となった。
