BOOM BOOM SATELLITES、ラストライブの模様を全国7都市の映画館でライブビューイング！

BOOM BOOM SATELLITESが6月18日に新木場STUDIO COASTにて開催するラストライブが、全国7都市の映画館にて生配信されることが決定した。

2016年6月にリリースしたEP『LAY YOUR HANDS ON ME』を最後に活動を終了、同年10月に川島道行（Vo）が逝去。多くのファンや所縁のあったミュージシャン、音楽関係者から悲しみの声が寄せられていたBOOM BOOM SATELLITES。

ラストライブとなる『FRONT CHAPTER - THE FINAL SESSION - LAY YOUR HANDS ON ME SPECIAL LIVE』は、2017年3月に彼らの19年の音楽活動の集大成として発表されたベストアルバム『19972016』のリリースから、ブンブンの音楽がいかに時代に囚われない音楽だっのたか感嘆されていた中で発表されたライブだ。

ボーカリスト不在の状態でどのようなライブが行なわれるのか思いを巡らせているファンが多い中、中野は自身のTwitterで「6月18日のStudio Coastのライブビューイングが決定しました。チケットが取れなかった方、東京まで来れない方、一夜限りの体験を是非共有しましょう。今回のショーではゲストボーカリストは入れず、オリジナルのライブメンバーのみで行います。ご期待下さい。」とライブに向けた思いを宣言。これまでファンとの重要なコミュニケーションツールとしていたライブで、ブンブンとしての活動を終了したい想いを発信した。

当日はゲストミュージシャンも入れず、オリジナルのツアーメンバーと中野のみでステージに立つというこのラストライブ。すでに新木場Studio Coastで行なわれるライブのチケットはソールドアウトしており、今回のライブビューイングはライブのチケットに抽選漏れしてしまったファンには朗報となった。

ブンブンの本当の意味での“最後"となるライブを全国でぜひ体感し、このバンドが遺した音楽の偉大さを実感しよう。
