ハルカトミユキ、新アルバム『溜息の断面図』から「終わりの始まり」MV公開

ハルカトミユキが、6月28日にリリースされるニューアルバム『溜息の断面図』より「終わりの始まり」のMVをフルサイズで公開。また、同アルバムの特設サイトがオープンした。

この時代に音楽で戦うとはどういうことなのか？"怒り"や"違和感" を言葉に変えて歌うとはどういうことなのか？「限界だ全部　殺されてしまったみんな 麻酔が効いちゃって不幸せが大好きだ」というサビが待ちかまえる「終わりの始まり」は、閉塞感のある日常の“生きづらさ”と心情をありのままに描写し、誰もが飲み込んだままにしている「限界だ」「殺されてしまった」というストレートなフレーズをきっぱりと言い切ったキレ味鋭いナンバー。一部ラジオ局ではOAをためらわれていることもあり、急遽映像化（歌詞入りで）して公開されることとなった。 　　　

また、アルバム発売に向けて特設サイトが公開。音楽ジャーナリスト 宇野維正氏のライナーノーツや、本人たちによる楽曲解説など、アルバムへの期待が膨らむ非常に見応えのあるものとなっている。尚、Gt/Vo のハルカもこのアルバムに対して文章を寄せている。彼女にとって、歌とは？言葉とは？ 今作に向ける決意と意気込みが感じられ、アルバムへの期待は募るばかりだ。

また、アルバム発売日から3日連続でtacica、peridots、きのこ帝国とそれぞれ2マンライブを行う“レコ発3days”が渋谷で開催される。先日、ライブ全会場で終了後にサイン会を行うこともアナウンスされたこのライブは正にアルバムの新曲をいち早く聴く機会となる。加えてインディーズデビューから5周年を迎える2017年、ROCK IN JAPAN FESTIVALにも3年振りに出演決定（出演日は8/12）。これまで夏フェスにはあまり積極的ではなかった彼女たちが久しぶりにひたちなかに登場する。そして、9月2日（土）に開催される3年連続となる日比谷野音ワンマンの一般発売がスタートしている。ブレイクスル―前夜、クールな彼女たちの夏が非常に熱を帯びつつある。
