ariel makes gloomy 2nd e.p.『oxymoron』の全国発売に先駆け本日全曲・全世界同時・先行配信一斉スタート

4ピース編成のプロジェクト、ariel makes gloomyが前作から8ヶ月後の2018年6月6日に2nde.p.をリリース。CD発売前に全世界先行で配信開始される。
前作『carbonium』では、リードトラック「slowmotion」は日本テレビ系「バズリズム」POWER PLAY、また収録曲「infinite refrain」がNHKFM「ミュージックライン」2017年10-11月度エンディングテーマとなるなど、異例のダブルタイアップを獲得。
匿名性の高いビジュアルで謎めいた雰囲気を醸し出しながらも多彩、且つ緻密な楽曲を操る集団としてWEBを中心に評されると同時に、日本国内のみならず世界からも注目を集め、発売後に全世界で定額制配信サービスでの展開が開始されていた。その内外からの高い評価を裏付けるように、2ndepではCD発売前に定額制配信サ―ビスを含む全曲・全世界同時・先行配信が決定した。
なお、発売と同時にオフィシャルサイトで購入者を対象とした限定コンテンツを公開する。
