8/25(土)と26(日)に野外フェス「TOKYO Girls Band Festival 2018」を開催!!

　イベント「Hotty&Rhythm」を数多く手がけている日野アリス（ALICE）率いるガールズバンドRiskyMelodyと、アイドロックを掲げ、アーティスト/アイドルの垣根を壊した活動を続けているCANDY GO!GO!。それぞれのリーダーであり、同じ志を持つ同志であるALICE(RiskyMelody)となぎさりん(CANDYGO!GO!)らが、今年に入り、何やら不穏な動きを続けていた。
　企んでいたのが、「東京でガールズアーティストたちを集めた大型フェスティバル」の開催だった。それが、8/25(土)と26(日)に所沢航空公園野外ステージを舞台に行われる「TOKYO Girls Band Festival 2018」。
　東京じゃなくて埼玉じゃないか…という突っ込みは、ひとまず置いといてくれ。というのも、この会場では、ちょうど2年前にRisky Melodyがイベントを開催。当日は暴風雨にみまわれながらも、メイン会場には野外とはいえ屋根がついていたことから、時間を押して開催。ただ、サブステージが自然の猛威にさいなまれたことにより、開演時間をだいぶ押してスタート。終了時間厳守の規約がある中、参加してくれたアイドル/アーティストたちやファンたちのためにと、許された時間ギリギリまで出演者たちのためにライブを実施。それでも、タイムリミットからRisky Melodyの演奏時間を泣く泣くカット。この日のライブのために『ALL AS ONE』という楽曲を用意しながら、ライブさえ出来なかったという悔しい経験をしてきた。まさに、RiskyMelodyにとっては因縁の、ぜひともリベンジしたい会場での開催となっている。
この2日間に渡るイベントへ、RiskyMelody/CANDYGO!GO!/凸凹凸凹-ルリロリ-/FUNRUMORSTORY/FullMooN/QuintetQueenQuest/HONEYBEE/GoofyAmanda/HERTFULFAITH /C;ON/ANARCHY STONE/MUTANT MONSTAR/ちゅぱかぶら（）/IRIS MONDEという面々が参加。様々なガールズアーティストたちが、どんなステージをしてくれるのか期待していて欲しい。
最後にこのイベントについて、Risky MelodyのALICEとCANDYGO!GO!のなぎさりんが以下のように言葉を届けてくれたので紹介しておこう。

「ガールズバンドのフェスはNAONのYAONくらいしかなく、若手のガールズバンドにはハードルが高い。私たちガールズバンドのお祭りのようなフェスにできたらと思っています。
バンドは続けるのも大変ですが、活動を続けてきた、これからさらに輝いていくガールズバンドたちをこの機会にぜひ、1人でも多くの方に、見て頂きたいです。
女の子のバンドもこんなに熱いんだ！っていうのを知って頂ける機会になったら嬉しいです。お祭り気分で、ぜひ遊びに来てください！」(ALICE)
