tRaeH（ハート）、「今年は12月29日に忘年会ワンマン公演を開催!!

この日を待ちわびいていたファンも多いだろうか。活動を再開して以降、毎年12月に千葉県は柏市のライブハウスを舞台に行い続けてきた「忘年会」ライブ。例年、ベースのヒィロの誕生日である12月3日時期に行っていたが、3回目となる今年は、年忘れの会に相応しい時期である12月29日(土)に「忘年会」と題して行うことが決定。もらろん、場所は柏。今回は「柏616」を舞台に行うと発表した。

ご存じの方も多いだろうか。tRaeHのメンバーは、全員が普段は生業を持ちながら、趣味ではなく、バンドにも本気を注ぎながら活動を続けている。もちろん、そういうバンドは多く存在しているだろう。でも彼らは、趣味の延長としての活動は自分たちの信念に反することから、あえてライブ本数を抑え、一本一本の内容や質を濃密に。しかも、極力ワンマン公演を中心にすることで、足を運んだ人たちに「満足」と「また見たくなる欲求」を届け続けている。そのこだわりの強さから、2018年度は6月９日のロックの日にワンマン公演を行ったのみ。つまり、今年2本目となる12月29日のワンマン公演が今年2本目であり、2018年に関しては最後のライブになる。

これまでのワンマン公演は、ライブでファンたちと一つになる体感的な楽しさを軸に行ってきた。もちろん今回も、「ライブ」が中心を成している。そこへもう一つ、tRaeHは新しい軸を並べてきた。それが、「何時も以上にメンバーのキャラクターを活かした内容」にしようということ。
セットリストなど具体的な内容は、今も定期的にスタジオへ集まり音を重ねながら。練習後にはミーティングという名の交流会(飲み会とも言う)を通し、煮詰めている。
その話の中から出てきたのが、先に触れた「メンバーのキャラクターを、これまで以上に前面へ押し出そう」という想い。当たり前だが、ライブの軸を成すのが演奏だけに、その要素がMCの中へどう取り込まれるのか。さすがに「トークコーナー」を設けてまで行うとは思えないが(ひょっとしたら、有るかも?)、『忘年会』というテーマに相応しい、何時ものようライブで大騒ぎしつつも、何時も以上にくだけたフレンドリーな時間をメンバーらと過ごせそうだ。

メンバー自身も、今回のライブ公演を青春時代に戻ってはしゃげるライブはもちろん。彼らが普段リハーサル後に飲み屋で繰り広げている、気心知れた関係だからこそ出てくる遠慮のないバカ話に近いノリをライブにも反映したいと考えている。それが具体的にどんな形でステージ上に反映されるのかは、当日の楽しみにしておこう。
メンバーから「バンド/ファンという垣根を越え、気心知れた仲間どうしで本気で忘年会を楽しもう」という言葉も届いているように、年末最後の憂さ晴らしも兼ね、ぜひ5人と楽しいひとときを味わい尽くして欲しい。
さらに、公演終演後には「6ショットor2ショットチェキ撮影会」の時間も用意。こちらでもメンバーと直接触れ合う機会を得られるように、ぜひ今年一番の思い出作りを、記憶のみならず、記録としても残していただけたら幸いだ。
もちろん、テンションの上がった状態のまま、ヒィロ氏の地元である柏を場に朝まで忘年会の続きをやっていただくのも…そこは、訪れた人たちのご自由に(笑)。
