日比谷野外音楽堂、通称"野音"。そこは、数多くの伝説が生まれた会場として、今も、この地へ立つことに憧れを抱くアーティストたちは数多い。

野音には数々の伝説があるが古くは、キャロルの解散コンサートのときに起きた、CAROLの電飾文字が焼け落ちて崩れるハプニング。尾崎豊が高い照明具から飛び下り骨折、舞台へ這いつくばりながら歌ったのも野音のステージだった。記録的な集中豪雨に見舞われた中で行われた、「雨の野音」と語り継がれているTHE MODSのライブ。

野外会場の為、天候に左右されることもあり、土砂降りの中、観客たちと一緒に気持ちを一つにしたライブを描いたバンド・アーティストたちも多く、それが野音という場に伝説を今も書き加え続けている。

音楽シーンの歩みの中、様々な時代を象徴するフェスティバルや数多くの単独公演が、日比谷野外音楽堂には刻まれてきた。その野音に立ちたいという夢を抱き挑み続けたバンドやアーティストは多いが、その夢を果たせなかった人たちは、夢を手にした人たち以上に多い。

きっと今でも、「野音のステージで歌い、演奏したい」と思っている人たちは多いのではないだろうか。そんな遠い憧れを現実にするイベントが、9月1日に行われる「やおんへカモン!」になる。

イベントの主催者自身が野音の舞台に立ちたい夢を抱きながら、若い時分にはその夢を実現出来ず、心へしまい込んでいた。でも、夢というのは、あきらめない限り現実にしてゆくチャンスは訪れる。彼等は、野音という会場を貸し切ることで、その夢を手に入れた。

それだけではない、同じ「野音に立ちたい夢」を持った人にも、「一緒に野音の舞台へ立とう」と呼びかけた。

「やおんへカモン!」は、定められた「参加費」を納めることで、どんな人にでも野音で歌える場を提供するという形で行われるイベント。「やおんへカモン!」専用サイト( https://yaon2019.housaku.net/ )を立ち上げ、参加者の募集を開始した。

細かい条件は、以下( https://yaon2019.housaku.net/stage/ )をご覧になっていただきたい。その形がバンドでも弾き語りでも、ウクレレの団体やオケを用いたスタイルでも、何でも構わない。「野音のステージに立ってライブをする」という共通の目的さえあれば、あとはどんな形を取ろうが自由。

弾き語りでライブをしたいから自分で。仲間たちとバンド練習をしてるけど、その披露の場を野音で華々しく飾ろうでも問題なし。応援しているアイドルやシンガー、バンドなどのためにや、今でも趣味でライブ活動をしている親へのプレゼントとしてなど、選択肢はあなた次第。
