Vagu*Project、最新アーティスト写真を公開。

作夏より精力的にソロ活動を行ない続けてきたこともあり、何かとYuI -唯-個人としての活動が話題を集めていたが、今回はYuI -唯-が所属するバンド「Vagu*Project」の話題に触れたい。

　このたび、Vagu*Projectが最新アーティスト写真を公開した。メンバー曰く「その時々で様々な色が入るように、白をメインとした衣装。各メンバーが、それぞれ自作のスチームパンクを胸に嵌めこんでいる。様々な花が咲き誇っている中でのアーティスト写真。春夏秋冬、1年通して派手に鮮やかに咲き誇るという意識を具現化」と語るように、メンバーそれぞれが奇抜なデザインを施した基盤を衣装に埋め込んでいるのが特徴だ。ここから四季を巡る期間の中、どんな展開を描き出そうとしてゆくのか気になるところだ。

　その先駆けとなるのが、4月3日(土)に目黒ライブステーションで行なうVagu*Projectの14周年公演「Vagu*Project Anniversary」になる。この日は、人数制限有観客+生放送という形で開催する。すでにチケットはSold Outしていることから、どうしても観たい方はツイキャスでの配信を通してご覧になっていただきたい。
当日は、Vagu*Projectがすべての演奏を担う。そのうえで、さまざまなヴォーカリストたちが彼らの演奏に華を添えてゆく。その歌い手というのが、犬神凶子(犬神サアカス團)・Kakeru(Scarlet Valse)・アルプス(ザ・キャトルミューティレーションズ)・クララ(JESTIVAL)という面々。もちろん、YUIも歌うように、個性的な歌い手たちがどんな歌の舞台劇を描きだすのかに注目していただきたい。

Vagu*Projectは現在、新衣装の披露に合わせ、1枚目から特典を点けたチェキの販売も行なっている。こちらも、気になった方はチェックしてほしい。もちろん、今後もYuI -唯-としての活動も精力的に続けていくそうなので、これからもVagu*Project/YuI -唯-ともに注目していただきたい。
