YuI -唯-、次回のSHOWROOM配信で始めるのが、自分のニュースばかりを流す「僕News」。

Vagu*Projectの唄歌いギタリストとして活動中、YuI -唯-がSHOWROOMを通して奇天烈なことを始めようとしている。 簡単に言えばYouTuberのようなことだが、けっしてハズろうと奇抜なことをやっているわけではない。YuI -唯-が始めるのが、なんと「ニュース番組」。
その視点が、すべて「YuI -唯-自身の身近なこと」をニュース仕立てで流すという内容。鎌倉の銭洗い弁天に行った姿や、明治神宮への初詣してゆく様など、とても私的なニュースソースばかり。タイトルが「僕News」のように、当然の内容か…。
現在は、あえて自身のSHOWROOM配信のみで公開を予定しているところがポイント。淡々と語るトークの奇妙なところも含め、これは見てもらってこそ楽しさがわかってもらえるように、ぜひチェックしていただきたい。出来ればYouTube上にもアップしてもらいたいが、そこはYuI -唯-の気持ちに委ねるしかないこと。
次回のSHOWROOM配信は、1月30日(土)の22時より。この日に、どんな「僕News」を、あの噛み噛みで淡々とした口調で届けてゆくのか、ちょっと気になっている。

YuI -唯-は、最新8cmシングルCD「Alice」のC/Wに収録した「YARN」-Lyric video-も公開した。イメージ映像の数々と歌詞に込めた想いを重ね合わせ、その世界に浸ってもらいたい。
他にも、アコースティックギターの弾き語りカバーシリーズの最新映像として「アシタカせっ記 久石譲 ーもののけ姫― Acoustic Cover YuI -唯-」も公開した。こちらも、合わせて楽しんでいただきたい。

つねに、他のアーティストとはちょっと異なる視点からひねりを効かせた行動を見せてゆくYuI -唯-。こんな不思議な、癖の強いアーティストがいることを認識するだけではなく、一度、彼の行動を覗いてもらえたら幸いだ。
