exist†trace、ライヴを通じてファンといっしょに創り上げた2ndフルアルバムを9月にリリース！

　exist†trace（イグジスト・トレイス）の2ndフルアルバム『WORLD MAKER』が、9月24日にリリースされることが発表された。前作『VIRGIN』から約2年ぶりとなる本作は、ジョウ、mikoのツインヴォーカル体制になってから初となるアルバムだ。

　7月19日（土）に下北沢CAVE BEで開催された7ヵ月連続ワンマン「激情スパイラル」第四夜のアンコールで、ヴォーカルのジョウから「今日、この第四夜が終わったら、いよいよアルバム制作の最終作業に突入します。やっと完成がみえてきたので決めました！」と、アルバムリリース日とタイトルを発表！ 「ツインヴォーカル体制になったのを機に、本来バンドとしてあるべき姿、それはライヴで新曲を試し、ファンと共に楽曲を育てていくこと。この約2年間、作っては壊しを繰り返して、ようやくいまの自分達はこれだ！と自信をもってみんなに届けられるものが完成しようとしています！」とライヴを通じてファンといっしょに創り上げたアルバムであることを語り、フロアもその言葉に大きな歓声で応えた。

　そして、ギターヴォーカルのmikoから「もう1つ大事なお知らせがあります」と切り出すと、「このマンスリーワンマン激情スパイラルは10月まで続くわけだけど、そこで終わりじゃありません。ファイナル公演が決定しました！」と、12月14日（日）渋谷TSUTAYA O-WESTでのファイナル公演開催を発表！ 続けて「以前一度ワンマンで立った場所ではあるけど、その時はまだバンドも力不足で、描いていたような景色が作れなかった。でも今の自分達とみんななら、必ずもっと大きな景色、素晴らしい景色を作れるはず！ そんな思いも込めて、この場所を選んだ」と語り、また新たな目標に向けて、会場に集まったファンとよりいっそうの団結を固めた。

　今年後半は、ニューアルバムのリリース、マンスリーワンマン、そしてファイナルのO-WEST公演、さらには主催イベントツアー開催も決定し、まさに烈火のごとく全速力で突き進むexist†trace。そんな彼女たちの挑戦はまだまだ始まったばかり。この先、ガールズロックシーンに新たな旋風を巻き起こしてくれる存在であることは間違いなさそうだ。
