陰陽座、9月24日にアルバム2作同時リリース＆新曲MVもフル公開！

陰陽座が9月24日に2年9カ月ぶりのオリジナル・アルバムを2作同時に発売する。それに合わせて、アルバムの収録曲より「雲は龍に舞い、風は鳳に歌う」のMVが公開となった。

タイトルは11thアルバムが『風神界逅』、12thアルバムが『雷神創世』。トータルコンセプトストーリーアルバムとして比類なき完成度を誇った前作『鬼子母神』のインパクトもさることながら、ファンの期待度を遥かに上回る2作同時発売という衝撃をもって迎えられる今作は、“風"と“雷"をそれぞれモチーフにしながらも一定のコンセプトやテーマに束縛されることなく完全に個々の作品として構成され、疾走感溢れるメタル・チューン、プログレッシブなロック、壮大なバラード・ナンバー、ライヴで盛り上がること必須のメロディアスなアッパー・チューン等、バラエティに溢れており、いずれも陰陽座の魅力が存分に詰まった2作となっている。

今回発表となったミュージック・ビデオは11thアルバム『風神界逅』より「雲は龍に舞い、風は鳳に歌う」という1曲。ヴォーカル黒猫作曲のこの楽曲は、壮大かつ荘厳なメロディーに凛とした黒猫の歌声が重なり、幽玄さの中にも力強さを感じる楽曲となっている。楽曲の世界観と深く融合し、大胆かつ重厚そして大きなスケール感を持った今作のMVにも是非注目してご覧頂きたい。

また、この2作品を引っ提げたツアーも決定しており、11月9日からは「風神」ツアー、また来年1月24日からは「雷神」ツアーと、2度に渡るツアーが決定している。一寸のぶれもなく突き進み、今なお前進し続けている陰陽座に今後も注目してゆきたい。
