GOING UNDER GROUND、BOXセットを12月24日（水）に発売

GOING UNDER GROUNDが12月24日（水）にビクター時代の作品を中心に収録したBOX作品を限定生産でリリースすることが決まった。

GOING UNDER GROUNDの『THE BOX』は、メンバーのドラム河野丈洋が今年の3月に、2015年1月31日の渋谷公会堂公演をもってバンドを脱退することを発表したことをうけて発売が決定。同作はCD9枚とDVD2枚が紙ジャケ仕様となってBOXに収録された作品となる。収録されるCDはビクター時代にリリースされたアルバム8枚と、ビクター時代のシングル・カップリング楽曲でアルバムに収録されなかった作品を『B-SIDE COLLECTION』としてDISC9.に新たに編成されたもの。このカップリング集はメンバーによって収録曲順が決められるなど、思い入れの強いDISCとなった。

またDVDは2枚とも新編成で、1枚はインディ時代からビクター時代に制作されたミュージック・ビデオを完全網羅した「MUSIC VIDEO COLLECTION」をDISC10.に編成し、「涙がこぼれそう」「思春期のブルース」など貴重な映像が収録されている。そしてもう1枚は2005年7月3日に日比谷野外音楽堂にて行われた「h.o.p.s.」ツアーファイナルを約120分に渡って収録したもの。こちらは伝説の大雨となったライブで秘蔵映像となる。

ファンにとっては紙ジャケ仕様もコレクターアイテムとなりそうだが、新しく編成されたミュージック・ビデオ集や、シングル・カップリング集、伝説の日比谷野音ライブ映像と貴重な作品が多く収録されている。限定生産なので、気になる方は早めにご予約を。

GOING UNDER GROUNDは昨日より「OReTABI 2014～15」ツアーを彼らの地元桶川市民ホールより開始。このツアーのファイナル渋谷公会堂公演がドラム河野丈洋の脱退公演。メンバー3人で行われる新たなライブ公演の公演概要が本日発表された。 2月8日（日） 下北沢SHELTERより行われる。
