ユニコーン、人気曲「はいYES！」が初の連ドラ主題歌に決定

ユニコーンの楽曲「はいYES！」が、1月14日（水）スタートのCXドラマ「残念な夫。」主題歌に決定した。

「はいYES！」はアルバム『イーガジャケジョロ』のセブン&アイ限定盤CD（すでに限定発売終了）にのみ収録されていた楽曲で、ライヴでも盛り上がる大人気の1曲。さらに、このドラマ劇中でもユニコーンの新旧名曲がふんだんに使用されることも決定しており、異例のコラボレーションが実現する。

1月期水10ドラマ「残念な夫。」は、今話題の“産後の離婚危機"をテーマにした社会派ライトコメディー。子どもが生まれたのに父親らしい進歩が見えないことで妻からの愛情が冷え込み、家庭内カースト最下層に落ちてしまった主人公が、「理想の夫」「最高のパパ」に成長していくまでのストーリーをお届けする。

家庭内で“残念な夫"に成り下がってしまった主人公・榛野陽一役には現代劇で父親役初挑戦となる玉木宏、育児への責任感から“モンスター妻"になってしまった榛野知里役には倉科カナ、その他岸谷五朗、大塚寧々、黒木啓司（EXILE）、生田絵梨花（乃木坂46）、林遣都、浅田美代子といった豪華俳優陣の共演でも注目を集めている。

また、このコラボレーションから発生したユニコーン尽くしのサントラ盤も3月18日にリリース予定となっているので是非チェックを！

「まずは今回、ユニコーンさんに主題歌を担当していただけて非常に嬉しいです。しかも、ドラマの主題歌は初めてとの事で、大変光栄です。元々個人的にユニコーンは楽曲・歌詞ともに好きで良く聴いていました。今回のドラマではテーマの一つに主人公である“夫"の愛くるしさや悲哀があります。「はいYES!」は一見漠然としながらも、このドラマのテーマと合致したものが裏に流れているのをインスピレーションで感じ、オファーさせていただきました。それに加え、監督やサウンドデザイナーもユニコーン好きだったというのも、大きな理由ですね（笑）」
