【DIV】超満員の中で熱狂の2ndワンマン終了

　DIVが11月3日（日）に新宿BLAZEにて、2回目となるワンマンライブを開催した。

　バンド史上、2回目となるワンマンライヴ。満杯となった会場、新宿BLAZEは、開演前から人々の熱気で溢れ返っていた。スタート時間となり、暗転した場内。SEが鳴り響きだすと、ステージを覆っている真っ白な紗幕の表面に、メンバーたちのシルエットが仄かに揺らめいた。そんな幻想的なシーンを目の当たりにして、一際高まる観客の手拍子。CHISA（Vo）のシルエットが鮮やかに浮かび上がり、「ゴールデンキネマ劇場」を歌い始めると、すさまじい歓声が沸き起こった。すると紗幕が切って落とされ、眩いライトに照らし出されたステージ上。マイクを握り締めてパワフルな歌声を響かせるCHISA、華麗なプレイを連発する将吾（Gt）、絶妙なフレージングで心地よいグルーヴを添えるちょび（Ba）、切れ味抜群のビートを躍動させてバンドを支えるsatoshi（Dr）。華のある4人の姿を目の当たりにして、観客はますます興奮を露わにする。激しく拳を突き上げ、ヘッドバンギングもしながら盛り上がる人々のエネルギーが、会場全体の気温を急上昇させていった。

　4曲目「ANSWER」を終えると、最初のMC。「僕らはアルバム『ZERO ONE』を出して、この日のライヴを意識して活動してきました。想いが詰まっているライヴなので、全部を受け止めてください。『ZERO ONE』の世界観を感じてください」というCHISAの言葉を挟んで「TASTE OF LIFE」がスタート。温かいメロディが実に心地よい。この曲を皮切りにエレクトリカルな同期サウンドに彩られた「赤裸々ララ」。爽やかに疾走しながら瑞々しいメロディを響かせる「Place」。CHISAもエレキギターを弾きつつエモーショナルに歌い上げた「未成年」。何処か郷愁を誘う柔らかなメロディに満ちた「蛍火」……などなど、DIVのバラエティ豊かな音楽性を示す楽曲の演奏が続いた。

　色とりどりのライトが明滅するステージ上で神々しく響き渡った「Interlude」を経て雪崩れ込んだ「ASTERIOS」から幕開けた終盤戦。ヘヴィなサウンドを轟かせる「R×R」や「Teddy」が連発され、人々の興奮は果てしなくエスカレートし続ける。「会場を夏にしてくれますか？」、CHISAからの呼びかけに応え、観客全員が手にしたタオルを回転させながら踊った「夏の行方」の熱気は、圧倒的なものであった。「ほんとにこんなにいっぱい来てくれて嬉しいです。実は次で最後の1曲。早いね。始まりがあると絶対に終わりがある。でも、何かが終わると何かが始まるんです。だから終わりを恐れずにポジティブな気持ちになってくれたら嬉しいです」というメッセージをCHISAが添えて、本編のラストに披露したのは「ZERO ONE」。雄々しく躍動するビートに合わせて人々が拳を振り上げ、身体を揺らす。素晴らしい一体感を噛み締めさせてくれた。

　アンコールを求める手拍子と歓声に応えてステージに戻ってきた4人。まずはちょびが「2回目のワンマンでこんなにいっぱいになるなんて、とても嬉しいです。DIVはこれからどんどん進化していくので、みんなも一緒に歩いていきましょう！」と挨拶。続いて将吾も「今日のチケット、ソールドアウトです。みんなのおかげです。ありがとうございます。これからどんどん進んでいくので、乗り遅れないようについてきてください」と感謝の気持ちを伝えた。そして最後に語ったのはCHISA。「今日って前回やったO-WESTの倍？　“バンドをなんでやってるの？"って訊かれたら、“たくさんの人に聴いて欲しいから"と答えます。ライヴをたくさんの人に観て欲しい。次はこれの倍以上にしたいです。だからDIVをいろんな人に教えて欲しいです。それが俺らの挑戦。曲を聴いて元気になってくれたり、みんなの道しるべになれたら嬉しいです。いつでも迷ったらライヴにおいで。ライヴをそういう場所にできたら嬉しいです」……3人からのメッセージを経て、アンコールがスタートした。まずは、観客を開放的に踊らせまくった「milky latte」。そして「DIVはまだまだ挑戦します。0％じゃない可能性を信じてやるんで、応援してください！」とCHISAが力強く宣言し、この日のライヴを華麗に締めくくったのは「太陽の詩」。観客も共に歌い、掲げた拳を全力で揺らしながら盛り上がる。バンドとファンの気持ちが一つとなっているのを紛れもなく感じる空間が広がっていた。

　メンバーたちが笑顔で手を振りながらステージから降りた後、突然場内が暗転。スクリーン上で今後の活動の予定が発表された。「2014年2月　シングル2枚同時発売決定！」「5月10日　EX THEATER ROPPONGIで2周年記念ライヴ！」 ……情報を伝える文字が映し出される度に、観客の間からすさまじい歓声が上がる。今後のDIVへの期待がますますふくらむエンディングとなった。
