新生ダウト、10月にニューシングルを発売

昨年Drのミナセが脱退し、4人で活動を続けてきたダウト。8月8日に渋谷のTSUTAYA O-WESTにて行ったファンクラブ限定ライヴで、元xTRiPxのenaを新ドラマー直人として迎え入れることを発表した。

直人は今年3 月よりダウトのライブにてサポートドラマーとして参加しており、ステージでは黒子や忍者として素顔を隠してきたが、とうとうそのベールが剥がれ、加入の発表をすると、会場は大いに沸きあがった。今後は、この5人で“ダウト”として活動を続けていく。

また、10月28日にメジャー通算8枚目のシングルを発売することも併せて発表された。前作より約1年5ヵ月ぶりとなるシングルは、新生ダウトとして初のリリースとなる。

新メンバー直人加入、そして待望のシングルの発売決定、ツアーの発表、クリスマスイベント等、今後のダウトの精力的な活動が続々と発表になり、ファンにとって最高のプレゼントライブとなった。

初めまして。直人です。忍者としてツアーサポートでドラムを叩いてきて、ダウトを大好きになりました。ファンの皆様にはダウトのドラマーとして認めて頂けるように、これから良いドラムを叩けるように精進します。よろしくお願いします。

直人は名前のように本当に真っ直ぐなアーティストで、今まで築き上げてきたダウトを継承しつつ、ダウトを一華も二華も咲かせてくれると思います！ダウトをより長く続ける為には必要不可欠な人間です！どうか皆さん、全体重を僕らダウトに預けて下さい！

直人が加入した事により今後更に遊び心と味が出てくると思います。
まだダウトのライブを見たことない方はもちろん、見たことある方も、新鮮な気持ちになると思います。シングルとしては大分待たせてしまった作品となりました。
改めてメンバー五人での初の作品となります。今のダウトの勢いの部分が作品にも出ていると思うので早く聴いてもらいたいです。これからも変わらずに応援してくれたら嬉しいです。

新メンバーの直人が加入してダウトは新たなるスタートラインに立ちました。ある意味ここはゼロ地点。不安に思う気持ちが無いと言えば嘘になるけど、それ以上に今後の自分に対して、自分達に対しての期待感が満ちあふれています。
直人とならそれが出来ると、その関係性が築けると確信しているから今回の加入はバンドにとって必然でした。期待してもらって大いに結構。
