THE BACK HORN、ニコ生でアルバム完成特番を配信

THE BACK HORNの通算11作目となるニューアルバム『運命開花』（11月25日発売）。そのリリースを記念して、11月6日（金）21:00からニコニコ公式生放送で「THE BACK HORN『運命開花』完成記念特番」が配信されることがわかった。

番組にはメンバー4人が登場し、制作秘話などのトークをたっぷりとお届けするほか、初公開となるアルバム収録曲の先行オンエアも予定されている。

昨年4月発売の『暁のファンファーレ』以来、約1年半ぶりのリリースとなる『運命開花』には、9月に発売された両A面シングルから「悪人」「その先へ」、BCリーグに所属する福島県の県民球団・福島HOPESの公式サポートソングとなっていた「魂のアリバイ」など、全12曲を収録。また、4月に開催した渋谷公会堂でのワンマンライヴで披露し、ファンの間で話題となっていた「ダストデビル」も聴くことができる。

初回限定盤は特典DVDが付属したブックケース仕様。DVDには、『運命開花』のレコーディングドキュメンタリーに加えて、サイレント映像がYouTubeで公開されて話題となっていた「悪人」、昇る朝陽の中で演奏するシーンが印象的な「その先へ」のMV2本と、その撮影ドキュメントを含む約45分の特別映像が収録される。

ジャケット写真と店舗購入特典も発表。タワーレコードとTSUTAYA RECORDSでは、それぞれ異なった絵柄のオリジナルステッカー（CDジャケットサイズ）が先着でプレゼントされる。

ニューアルバムの発売を記念したツアー「KYO-MEIワンマンツアー」〜運命開歌〜は、2016年2月21日（日）の渋谷TSUTAYA O-EASTを皮切りに、6月12日（日）の新木場STUDIO COASTまで、全35公演が開催される。

また、THE BACK HORNのメンバー自らが企画・演出を手がける恒例のスペシャルイベント「マニアックヘブンVol.9」は、12月23日（水）に東京・新木場STUDIO COASTで開催。2005年12月の初開催以降、選曲から演出まですべてがマニアックに構成される内容が話題を呼び、チケットの入手困難が続くこのイベントだが、今回はTHE BACK HORNにカバーしてほしい楽曲を募集するリクエスト企画などを予定している。
