GLAYのJIROがレギュラー番組の15周年を祝う公開収録イベントを開催

　GLAYのJIROがレギュラーを務めるFM802「BUGGY CRASH NIGHT」15周年記念公開収録イベントが、12月9日にブリーゼブリーゼ1F特設会場にて行われた。

　同番組は1998年よりFM802で放送されており、15年目となる今年530回目を迎えた。アニバーサリーイヤーである2013年は、1ヶ月ごとにストレイテナー、ONE OK ROCK、髭、LITE、チャットモンチー、ふくろうず、the pillows、凛として時雨、怒髪天といったそうそうたるバンドからJIROにゆかりのあるメンバーを招き、対談企画を実施している。

　その集大成として敢行した今回の公開収録イベントでは、優先エリア招待に7000通もの応募が寄せられ、また朝早くから一般観覧エリアの整理券を求める1000人のオーディエンスが長蛇の列を作った。

　JIROは冒頭で「今日は公開収録に集まってくれてありがとう！すごいね！」と集まったファンに向けてコメント。イベント本編では終始ファンからの質問やメッセージに応じた。
　新曲「CRAZY DANCE」に関する質問では、「『CRAZY DANCE』はTAKUROが高校生の時に作った曲なんだけどね。TERUが函館野外ライブで「みんなが声を出して歌ってくれたらシングルにするぜ～」 と。みんなが「CRAZY DANCE　CRAZY DANCE～」ってすごかったんだよね。そしたらシングルになりました。」と経緯を解説し、さらに現在開催中のアーコースティックライブツアー「GLAY CHRISTMAS SHOW 2013 winter～ACOUSTIC MILLION DOLLAR NIGHT～」のこぼれ話を語ったりと、終盤まで笑顔で大盛り上がり。最後に集まったファンと一緒に記念撮影をし、イベントは終了した。

　この模様の一部は12月14日の「BUGGY CRASH NIGHT」にてオンエア予定。なお、開催地となったブリーゼブリーゼでは12月15日まで限定イベント「BUGGY CRASH NIGHT 15th ANNIVERSARY CAFE」を展開している。
