Shout it Out、メジャーデビュー前夜に地元・堺で初ワンマンを開催

Shout it Outがメジャーデビューの前日である7月5日に地元・大阪の堺にてバンド史上初となるワンマンライブを開催した。

会場は堺駅から程近いライブハウス Tick-Tuck。この会場は2012年7月29日に彼らがバンドを組んで初めてライブをしたライブハウスだ。キャパ150名程の会場でチケットは即完売。当日券の販売も無しという状況でライブはスタートした。

MCでは、バンドのホームでもある同会場での念願の初ワンマンライブについて語った。悔しい思い、代え難い経験をいくつも重ねてきたからこそ実現できたこの日のステージ。山内は「生きてきた19年間、バンドを始めてからの4年間。これまでの全部、今日一日で乗り越えていきます！」と、メジャーデビューに向け覚悟を決めたように声を上げる。その後も「17歳」や「ハナウタ」など幅広いラインナップで展開し続け、ステージはあっという間に本編ラストへ。「人生初のライブもこの場所。色んな経験を積んできたライブハウスは僕たちの青春のすべて。ここから歩いていきます」と、デビューシングル「青春のすべて」を披露。自然と力が沸き上がるような、力強いギターロックサウンドでフロアに一体感を生み出し、本編はそのまま終了へ。

アンコールでは、再びメジャーデビューについての話へ。まだ実感が沸かないという彼らだが、満員の観客を見渡し「フロアを自分たちだけのお客さんで埋めるのが夢だった。その夢をようやく叶えられた。今まで本当にありがとう、そしてこれからもよろしくお願いします！」と、オーディエンスに感謝の言葉を伝える。そしてラスト「光の唄」では、よりアグレッシブになったサウンドでファンを魅了し、アンコール含む全19曲のステージが終了した。

憧れだった初ワンマンライブを体験した彼らは、日付が変わって7月6日、シングル「青春のすべて」でメジャーデビューする。今後、4人がどんな活躍を見せてくれるのか、さらなる飛躍に期待したい。
