THE YELLOW MONKEYはお茶に勝てたのか!? 緊急大調査の結果が明らかに！

再集結後初となるシングル「砂の塔」（TBS系金曜ドラマ『砂の塔～知りすぎた隣人』主題歌）を10月19日にリリースしたTHE YELLOW MONKEY。発売直前特別企画として「ザ・イエロー・モンキー黙認 『バンド？』『お茶？』緊急大調査！」を実施した彼らだが、その集計結果が明らかに！

ザ・イエロー・モンキー黙認のこの緊急大調査は、15年ぶりの集結したことを機に、改めてTHE YELLOW MONKEYに関する注目度を把握し、より多くの方々に知っていただくためのものになることを期待し、実施された。調査方法は、特設サイト「『バンド？』『お茶？』緊急大調査！」内リサーチ。調査日時は、2016年10月5日（木）～10月10日（月）。調査対象は、特設サイトを訪問した40,411名。

“「いえもん」といえば・・・？”という質問に対して、“バンド”なのか、“お茶”なのかを回答していただいた結果、年代別に過半数を上回ったのが、“お茶”は20歳まで、21歳からは“バンド”となり、“いえもん”の年齢の境界線は“21歳”であることがわかった。つまり、20歳以下には全然知られていないことが明らかになったと言える。

ということで、緊急大調査で“お茶”を選んだTHE YELLOW MONKEYをまだ知らないビギナーの方にもTHE YELLOW MONKEYのことを知っていただくために、とても詳しく優しい説明サイト＆動画「イエモン入門」が公開に！
