Raniソロシンガーとして本格始動。 初のイナズマロックフェス参戦。

昨年同様、2日目（17日）が悪天により開催中止に追い込まれた『イナズマロックフェス』。
その昨年（2016年）、悪天のため途中終了となったチケット購入者を対象に開催された「イナズマロックフェス2016リターンズ」風神ステージに、元ガールズバンド・Hysteric LolitaボーカリストのRaniが、ソロとして初の屋外ライブステージに立った。
ヒスロリ時代のゴスロリファッションから黒基調は変わらず、ひとまわり大人でセクシーな魅力を引き出したスリットパンツファッション。そしてトレードマークのロングヘア毛先を鮮やかなパープルにしたRaniは、「いけますか！」と開口一番満員の観客をあおり「じゃあ、いってみよう。『デビガール』」と、いつものRani調でライブスタート。湖畔ステージの開放感を全身から放出し、観客と一体になった。「こんなに大勢の前で歌うの初めてだから緊張してます。イナズマに出られるって聞いた時、膝から崩れ落ちそうだった。だから今日は2時間くらいしか眠れなかった！」。そんな緊張感さえも、久々の屋外ライブステージに立つ楽しさと観客の熱気がRaniのロック魂を煽る。そして2曲目は、今月27日リリースするCD表題曲『××警告』。ソロになってから今回が3度目のステージだが、ガールズバンド時代と一味違う力強い男性バックバンドを従えて、それにも負けない男気Raniのパワフルパフォーマンスでこの曲に潜むメッセージを会場全体に響きわたらせ、ボルテージMAXのまま、この日のステージは終了した。
CDリリース後のイベント出演詳細も続々と決まってきており、レコ店インストアやライブハウスイベント、またモデルRaniとしてのメイク＆ファッション主催イベントでのお披露目を通じ、新生Raniの新たなるファンもすでに期待の声をSNS等で寄せている。
