vistlip、シングル「Timer」MV＆トレーラー映像を解禁！

vistlipが11月8日にリリースしたシングル「It」に続いて、12月6日にリリースする通算20枚目のシングル「Timer」のMVを早くも公開！　同時にシングル「Timer」のトレーラー映像も解禁となった。

「Timer」はYuh（Gu）作曲によるメロディアスなハードチューン。バンド史上最多のキャスティングとなった同曲のMVは、各メンバーの攻撃的な演奏の前で挑発的に踊るダンサー集団との異種パフォーマンスバトルが見どころだ。バックヤードを思わせる雑多的な背景に全員が入り乱れ、バンドの頭上を舞うアクロバティックなダンスシーンなど、今までにないスケール感の作品となっている。

また、シングル「Timer」のトレーラー映像では、各パッケージに付属のDVDに収録されるオリジナル映像「ROUGH the vistlip」や、MVメイキングの一部も少しだけ見ることができるので、気になる人はぜひチェックしてほしい。

毎回リリースのタイミングで行なわれる、インストアイベントのスケジュールも近日発表予定とのこと。他のバンドとは一線を画す、vistlipならではの企画を準備中なのでお楽しみに。2017年7月7日に行なわれた結成10周年の記念ライブ『Guns of Liberty』の模様を収録したDVDのリリースを2018年1月に控えており、いよいよ3か月連続のリリースラッシュに期待が高まるvistlipの続報に注目だ。

「ダンス対バンドのMVをずっと作製したかったのでやっと出来ました。ダンスとバンドで曲の持つモダンなストリートっぽさと曲の勢いを、ハイスピードカメラを使ったスーパースローで曲の躍動感をイメージして作成しました。メンバー一人対ダンサーの撮影の回数を重ねるごとにどちらもどんどん熱が入ってきて観ていても面白かったです。この10年僕が観てきたYuhの中で一番アグレッシブでかっこいいと思います。対ダンサーのシーンの各メンバーのいつもと少し違う荒々しさとハイレベルなダンサーキャストのパフォーマンスは観てて飽きないと思います。」
