LUNA SEA、アルバム『LUV』より「Hold You Down」のMV公開

LUNA SEAが12月20日（水）にリリースするアルバム『LUV』から、新曲「Hold You Down」のMVを公開した。本作は2000年の終幕と共に発表されたシングル「LOVE SONG」以来、約17年振りに丹修一を映像監督に迎えて制作。シンプルに人物を撮りたいという監督のイメージのもと、メンバー5人がスタジオで顔を向き合わせながらクールな佇まいで淡々と演奏していくシーンで全編が構成されている。原曲者のINORANが「今のLUNA SEAの、立つ様、演奏する様がすごくよく出ている作品。本当にみんなオンリーワンですから。」と語るように、シンプルゆえに際立つそれぞれの存在感が、現在のLUNA SEAを象徴しているような作品となった。

さらにMV公開に伴って「Hold You Down」のラジオON AIR解禁も決定！　12月1日（金）25：00から放送のTOKYO FM／38 STATIONS「やまだひさしのラジアンリミテッドF」にて全国初ON AIRされる。楽曲解禁に先立って『LUV』特設サイトにて公開中の「Hold You Down」をテーマにした各メンバーインタビューを読み返すと、あらためて楽曲に対する想いや魅力を感じられるだろう。

また、アルバムリリースを記念してレコチョク（WIZY）協力のもと、特製キャリーバッグ製作プロジェクトを始動。SLAVEをはじめとするファンたちに2018年1月より始まる全国ツアーをより楽しんでもらえるように、また、来たる30周年に向かってLUNA SEAと共に旅をしていこうという一体感をイメージしてオリジナルキャリーバッグの製作販売が決定した。デザインはメンバー監修のもと表面はお馴染みの月ロゴが凹凸感のあるエンボス加工で浮き上がり、内生地はLUNA SEAロゴを全面に展開。500個限定販売の貴重アイテムなので、こちらもWIZYプロジェクトサイトにて要チェック！
